A Mother's Love

They say a mother's love will never die,
And I believe in that,
For all the times i have made you cry,
You were always there for me,
And you always showed that you cared,
So I'm telling you I'm sorry,
For not always being fare.
I know that you love me, and I love you too,
But I'm still deeply hurting,
For all the pain I put you through,
I lay in bed at night, and cry myself to sleep,
Wishing I was was still a baby,
In your arms to keep,
I dream that you are rocking me,
And singing me a song,
But then I wake up,
And realize what I did wrong,
I forgot to tell you I love you,
And I really do care,
So I thank you for loving me,
And always for being there.

To My Mother I will cherish you until the end of time I love you.

Nightmares

I found myself crying,
When I lay down in bed,
The nightmares that I have,
Can't seem to get them out of my head,
Dreaming that I'm standing there,
Standing all alone,
Never to find my way,
To find my way home,
Dreaming that someone loves me,
When I wake up their gone,
So I think to myself,
Where did I go wrong,
My life is not always easy,
And sometimes unfair,
I'm just looking for someone to love me,
And show me that they care.

No Goodbyes

The darkness rolls in,
As I lay in my bed,
If only you could imagine,
What runs through my head,
In rivers of sorrow,
And puddles of pain,
With you gone to heaven,
I'll never be the same.
In our dreams we exist,
In our dreams we live,
Together we shall fly,
Over mountains and rivers,
Through the windy skies,
We have our faith, our love, our dreams,
There's no need to say our goodbyes.

Her Daddy Is Gone

Coming home from work, And receiving a call from mom,
I have some bad news she said, I'm sorry, but Darcy's gone.
Tears fill my eyes, and I don't know what to say,
I have to break the news to our daughter,
That her daddy was taken away.
he took his own life, for what reason we do not know,
left us with wonder, and sorrow in our soul,
I know he's looking back, seeing the pain that he caused,
we know he's deeply sorry, But he felt he was lost.
If only he turned to the ones that loved him best,
We wouldn't be here today, laying him down to rest.
It's hard to know what to say, to our daughter he never met,
All I can do is tell her he loved her,
And tell her stories about him that she shall never forget.
As I watch her meet her daddy for the very first time today,
Its the saddest thing i ever witnessed,
My heart was blown away.
I don't have the power, to take away her pain,
I only have the strength, to help her up again.

To My Daughter Destiny I love you and your daddy lives on every day through you.
                                                                                                       LOVE MOM
