Life

Morning has broken,
Like the first morning,
Black bird has spoken,
Like the first word

Compare this to life,
My dearest friends,
We must live life to the full,
To the bitter end.

I sit here amazed,
At what life will bring,
Seemingly un phased,
Still unable to sing

Destined for greatness,
Me? I think not,
The great unanswered question,
Will I be famous or not?

A gripping finale,
My lifes a thriller,
The music grows tense,
The ending a spine chiller.

Hows this thriller end,
My friends I cant say,
For the best advice,
Is to live for today

Existentialism

The plan for my existence,
An untraceable silence,
You stole my heart from me,
You stole it without violence,

I need to be certain,
Of the consequences I face,
In this unforgiving life,
Its an uphill human race.

A magnificent discovery,
A glorious thing,
Jesus has been sent to aid in recovery,
I have faith in him.

God will open eyes,
help us realise our dreams,
The Lord has svaed my life,
And helped me through my teens.

I lived a life without hope,
Abandoned by my friends,
Didnt think I could cope,
My heart just wouldnt mend.

God has led me here,
But whats he trying to say?
Perhaps sending me a message,
Life neednt be this way.

Heavenly Music

Found God smoking weed in the back of my car,
Didnt realize the joint would go so far,
He loves to heal your open scars,
The guys a legend,
When he plays the guitar.

Jesus rocks out to Iron Maiden,
But belief in him fades,
As we worship satan,
To heaven or to hell,
For wherever this life will lead,
There'll always be people,
Filled with pity and greed.

A life blinded by hope,
Held together by fear,
Unworthy I sit here,
Abandoned by peers.

An endless story,
Healed by God,
A lifeless future,
Im a pitiful sod.

A taste of the past,
A look at the future,
It happened so fast,
Was a call of nature
