In My Head

And all these voices
They sing along in my head
I hear their shrills
And I hear their screams
They cry out for help
They ask like beggars
But they've come to the wrong place
For there is no triumph to be found in here
There is only a pile of cries
And a pile of lies
And a pile of hopeless loves
Waiting to be spared

Wars

I couldn't hear a word of what he's got to say no more
As there was this war coming about in my head
Soldiers against soldiers
Men against men
Tearing each other apart
Eating each other's hearts
I only can define a tiny bit of it
For there was no war in the history
To be defined by the human race,
Humane enough to be borne by people's hearts
And this one was no exception
I might have to admit to the darkness of my soul
The wounds of my own
But wounds are nothing to be created by the wounded
The wounded is just a prey for a predator's words
As I was to him
As I am to anyone
The pitfall which I've been trapped in
Is the story of my life

A Quiet Way To Die

Such loving words whispered in my ears
Such intruding hands running through my skin
Such brutal teeth haunting my flesh
Ocean eyes washing your trace away
I'm losing the only thing you left

Dark Shade of Brown

What's behind your eyes?
In their dark shade of brown
When I pour out my heart
For you to tell me I'm smart
I bring you my fevered mind
You just read it by heart
I tell you a word
And you spare me the world
I'm dying to know darling
What's the secret of those eyes?
