I Hate the Things I Hate About Summer

I love summer time,
But I hate being drenched in sweat.
I love being tan,
But I hate laying out.
I love not having school,
But I hate being bored.
I love swimming,
But I hate getting chlorine in my eyes.
I love tubing on the lake,
But I hate the burns that find a home on my elbows.
I love sleeping in,
But I hate sleeping my day away.
I love being outside,
But I hate the bugs that come with it.
I love summer time,
But I hate the things I hate about it.

Stop Caring, Start Living

Stop caring what other people think of you.
They don’t know you,
They are not you.
Their opinions are irrelevant to the person you are becoming.
The only opinion that matters is God’s.
After you die what people thought of you will not follow you,
What God thinks of you is the ultimate question.
Will he be proud of the way you lived?
The way you treated people?
The way you handled situations?
The words that came out of your mouth?
Live like Jesus, Love like Jesus,
What can people say if you do?
When you stop caring what others think of you,
You start living.
