Meckenzie Moody Poem
I have been trapped in a place
I have lost my home and everyone I know
The key has been lost to my escape
Now the darkness that creeps in at night
No one is coming and no one can hear my thoughts
I can’t escape this place
I can’t break free at all
The darkness is filling me while I miss Lauren
Even though we are close
Stairs are trapping us apart from the life outside
Seeing Abby cry made my heart sink deeper and deeper
While sitting in the darkness of my thoughts
There is never an end but always a beginning
Normally walls are safe if you know what's going on outside
But not here I have lost myself and the others I have ever had
What would life be like if the limit wasn’t alive

Meckenzie Moody Poem
Around every corner
In every nick or cranny
The detail Oh the detail
Every worry, Every ounce of stress
Flows away, the smell smells like freedom
It looks all so calm
It's like a time machine once you open the door
Every texture, Every line, Every room
It is like you are living in another realm
It feels so still but yet so alive
A structure hundreds of years old still standing
Oh the wonders, the creativity
It makes you think how great the life we live
Oh the journey we will take

Meckenzie Moody Poem
Colors are like a vibrant symphony,
A kaleidoscope of hues for us to see.
From red to blue, green to yellow,
Each shade is unique and mellow.
Orange is the color of warmth and cheer,
While purple brings a regal atmosphere.
Pink is sweet and playful in its own way,
And black is bold and daring every day.
White is pure, a blank canvas to fill,
And brown is earthy, with a rustic feel.
Grey is calm, a soothing shade to wear,
And gold is precious, shining bright and fair.
Colors are like emotions, each one unique,
A range of feelings for us to seek.
So let's celebrate the colors of the world,
And let their beauty be unfurled!
