You
The love that I possess for you is like nothing I've ever experienced
It fulfills parts of me that I never even knew were missing
You have given me room to grow within so that we can grow together
You are patient, even when I'm difficult and indecisive
You are supportive in whatever dreams or ideas that interest me, even if it's for that moment
You remind me that I am strong when I feel weak
You put me back on the track and get on my ass if I start to slip
You finish my thoughts and we have our own language no one understands but us
You look at me and I can feel your thoughts and your energy calms my soul almost instantly
I trust you enough to give you my heart
Being more submissive allowing you to lead us, OUR way
The connection I feel to you is indescribable,
I believe our souls were meant to be together
I've experienced this world living life for 15 years not knowing that the best was yet to come and that every single thing up to that point had been worth it because it lead me to YOU ??

Sharing my emotions was never my way you see,
being strong and hiding them is how I comforted me.
Always being the shoulder to lean on for others
in their time of need,
made me feel good inside instantly.
When I am hurting and need to ease the pain,
I put pen to paper and my thoughts flow like rain.
I seem to wear my heart on my sleeve,
it somehow ends up being a huge pet peeve.
People look to you to correct the wrong
and make it right,
when sometimes you don’t even have the energy for your own
fight.
You find that strength from deep within
and help them out...family or friend.
One day I hope to learn to put myself first,
where I belong.
I pull myself in all directions to please them all,
but i’m falling and can’t catch my fall.

I’ve made alot of mistakes in my life
but I have no regrets
I’ve second guessed myself over and over
but in the end everything works itself out
I find myself doing everything to make others happy with no regard for my own happiness
I will sacrifice everything for my children and family
sometimes they just don’t appreciate it
as long as I know in my heart
i’m ok with that
Some people say love comes only once in your lifetime
I think if you allow love in your heart it comes as much as you choose
The ones closest to you always hurt you the most
I feel this is true
they know the love you have

It’s hard to express exactly how you feel at times You sometimes wish that others could read your mind Over time emotions seem to take a toll
causing you to bottle up your feelings and fold Waking up depressed and angry
unable to be controlled
you go through the days pretending you’re just fine until the time comes when you’re done lying
you pour out your heart
all the hurt, pain and grief
then you realize that you aren’t even speaking you’re reminding yourself of the pain you’ve been feeling when the time comes to tell another
your response is always ‘I’m fine’ with a smile
Once you’ve ‘checked out’ emotionally
the feelings are gone
No more tears, heartache or stress
You’re fine for the time being because you’ve blocked everything and everyone out
No more pain
Hugs, kisses and intimacy are out the window because you can’t take it anymore
I have ‘checked out’
No more worrying, pain, heartache or disappointments No more worrying
Leaving all my emotional issue to the man above
