A Poem For Alex

Rememberance ain't easy but its tearing us down
The weaknessess inside of us is scattering all around
I never would have thought you would be gone so fast
but it must have been your time when we heard you had past
we want to make things easy for us to follow through
the fact that things don't follow right without you
walking through the hallways eyes filled with grief
But now your in heaven my feelings are relived...

This is a poem for Alexander Eduardo Caballero... Tragically killed in a vehicle accident on
September 4,2009... he will be missed but never forgotten we love you alex...

Death Not Life

The tragedy of life is not death but what dies inside of you while you are still living.

You!

I cried last night (AND)
you calmed my tears
i was scared (AND)
you calmed my fears
He broke my confidence (AND)
you brought it back
you told me i was safe
you told me those three special words "I LOVE YOU"
you held me tight in your arms
I told you don't let go
you replied with a kiss and a smile. Pushing my eyes shut and whispering in my ear
shhh... you safe with me. goodnight my love... go to sleep

Moments

My tears are falling
My hands are weak
My knees are trembling at my feet
I feel my heart break into peices falling to the ground. I can't understand the way i
feel... heartbreak, tears, hands weak, knees trembling at my feet
Just for a moment i take a deep breath close my eyes and imagine you here... i pull
myselph together and go to sleep wake up the next morning and im at peace.

He Did!

He stole my life
He took my soul
he broke my heart
what a fool
Fear of what might happen
scared he'll come back
he stole my life
he ripped my mind
he broke my heart
and he took my virginity
something i will never be able to have again
