Screaming Silently

I scream but you don’t hear me
No, please don’t go
The darkness encases me
Please just stay
I promise to change
I promise to try
But you don’t hear me

I cry but you don’t see me
Tears of silver scars
The darkness engulfs me
Droplets of hurt
Thinking of loss
Thinking of grief
But you don’t see me

I shout but you don’t hear me
Why hurt me?
What did I do?
My rage fuels me
Stabbing me once
Stabbing me twice
But you don’t hear me

I write but you don’t read me
Deafened mind of ignorance
Immaturity
My pain tortures me
Message unread
Message read
But you don’t read me

I vent but you don’t hear me
This is what hurts me
Alone with anxiety
Aching vibrates through me
No problem here
No problem there
But you don’t hear me

I weep but you don’t see me
Pretending to not see
Wet cheeks of sorrow
As loneliness languishes me
Heaving sighs
Heaving mind
But you don’t see me

I whisper but you don’t hear me
Please help
Save me
Despair devours me
Silently screaming
Silently slipping
But you don’t hear me

Everlasting Embrace

I think of you every day and during the long nights which follow
My losing you is the cause of my suffering and the ache of my wallow
I miss you my baby love who is now the sunshine in the sky
You’re the kisses of wind which whip my hair as you bush on by
The stars, the moon and the magic of the night
I wish for one more day to hold my baby tight
For every day we are apart we shall hug forever in the sky
I’m always dreaming of the day we meet and never say goodbye
Sleep tight my darling angel, your Mummy loves you always
I’ll dream of you every night and those warm embracing days

Deep Abyss

Floating on the abyss
Or am I engulfed, drowning, dying in deep waters?
I gasp for air attached to your lips
Fluid fills my lungs as I struggle to breathe
The wind lifts my soul to heavenly happiness
Or am I drowning in poisonous seas?
Whistles and harps of sweet, gentle tales
Pounding pressure as I try gasp
Songs of angels as our souls swirl
Or is it wails of riptides dragging me down to hell?
