When An Angel Gains Their Wings

The light you have filled my heart
Now you've left and we're apart 
I wonder and wish every day
To hopefully one day see you again 
To hold you tight and smell your scent
I wish for you to be in sight 
But for now you have to fly 
You gained your wings and soar so high 
I loved your presence and your crooked smile 
I loved your warmth and glowing aura 
Sometimes I see your face in my own little boy
The grief strikes me at random times
 Now you've gained your wings and learned to fly 
I miss your laugh your love your spirit
But I know your always with me in energy and life 
I know your watching down on me 
I know one day we will be reunited once more 
Once I gain my angel wings 
We can fly high until dawn rings
Fly high my angel your always in my heart and soul 
Now it's time for me to go my beautiful angel boy xxx
