Sara Rose Poem
To every flame there is fuel,
to every building there is a foundation,
for every swimmer there is a pool,
to every love there is connection.
Everything needs support.
Something to encourage them, hold them up,
for every country there are soldiers,
people bravely protecting the borders.
They live in honor,
with never-ending patriotism,
they die in honor,
their souls remembered under the flag.
Connection to one's country
is something no one can kill,
its something these soldiers prove,
forever brave and strong.

Sara Rose Poem
Hair like corkscrews,
crazy curly and short,
pulled into two plaits,
begging to be let free.
With her eyes wandering about,
she sprouts a smile on my face,
as she boards the bus,
her bag like a tortoise shell
on her back.
A new girl has come to school,
a new friend; a new enemy;
possibilities are endless...

Sara Rose Poem
Like the orange flame on a burning candle,
like a little kitten's sweet purr,
may the sweet scent of your unperishing love,
remain in your home forever.
The future can't be seen,
though we wish it could,
but may you hold each other's hands
through life's wild wood,
The sun shines on,
as does the moon,
may your love be like them,
forever a boon.
