Isn’t it strange time waits for no man…
Yet some find ways through Him to help
them take a stand.
Such as even in the busiest part of my day…
He comes to me and tells me the words
to write and gives me a message to relay.
To show that each minute that passes is as
important as another…
And with this God given time we are to love and care for each other.
That only through Him our time unfor-
tunately comes to an end you see…
His plan is not unimportant or insign-
ificant to you and me.
So, use your time brooding over your
past or make amends…
And you may find that time hasn’t done
away with all your friends.

If walls could talk what stories they would tell
Of good and bad and Heaven and Hell
While standing tall and silent they have only one person in life
To keep us chained to our secrets and strife
While only a few get a chance to enter in
They know nothing of the wrath of sin
For they have no feeling 'til the people who live between
Make them strong, regal and keen
Regardless of their daily lives these walls keep standing still
While people refuse to tell people how they really feel
Yes, I do wish walls had the ability to talk and share
Things we need to know to help us live better there
Between the walls that life can build over time and space.
Us giving them names without giving them a face.

The one thing that has stayed present all year long...
Is the idea in my head that He has given me my song...
To give praise and admonishment where ever I go...
I will rest in His spirit of that I surely know...
For He is the peace in the good and the bad...
And my comforter in the happy and sad...
I pray that in this up and coming year...
You each find His promises offered down here...
And that is His arms open wide waiting to give a show of love...
As well as a heart that reaches down from Heaven above...
Giving hope in the miracles He does create...
To convince us to rest in His spirit fully while our souls He does await.

Celibacy in marriage is a choice made alone..
By a partner whose given their body, mind and soul to atone.
For someone else’s shortcomings and insecurity..
With all that I’ve experienced I don’t need to validate
“ME.”
As for me after 4 kids,30 years of marriage,5 Grandkids sex is just another distraction…
Fit for men to accuse you of a deed or action..
To cover their own blemishes while gaining from someone other than their self..
Yes I’m happy with this personal choice in life that I’m making to be put on a shelf.
Cause I’d rather have my body in tact while they losing they mind..
For a woman’s worth should not be based on sexual favor or the size of her behind.

There once were three little lights living among us…
But God called them home in that we can trust.
To live with Him and the earned their wings..
In such a way that brought our hearts to bowing…
And even though I didn’t know them personally…
From people that knew them they lived vicariously…
As angels in disguise enjoying things in life.
Always smiling and basking in the strife…
And while that fateful morning may have been a tragedy…
I drive by that house and feel they are still here in spirit if not in body.
And though their laughter is silenced forever and a day..
Those three little lights will now light the way..
For those left behind to heal and move on…
Cause if we trust in Jesus we are never alone.

You set the mood,I’ll set the tone…
Without the love the dream is gone…
All the good deeds I do will never be enough…
Making it hard to love leaves me feeling to be tough..
All the event moments you choose to feed your pride…
When I’m the lonely soldier working by your side…
Waiting for the crumbs you decide I’m worthy of…
While replacing monetary items for true love..
When all I’m asking for is a hug or show of appreciation…
To give my value worth in the middle of your deviation..
So , when silence falls when there’s no one else around…
Look up, for I’m right here while your busy looking down.

Have you ever gazed into someone who has bitter eyes…
In spite of all the good you do and with many tries..
They don’t choose to change how they look at the people around them everyday..
Leaving others feeling like there in the way…
Because all that does is discourages and causes pain…
For everyone who is trying to be a part and helping you again and again…
Show some love even if it’s just a smile every now and then..
And turn those bitter eyes away and let the friendly eyes back in…
Or live life alone and wonder why no one’s there when you rise..
