Beneath the Armour

Hey there,
I hope you're well.
Last time we spoke,
I wanted to let the words escape,
To tell you what I’ve been hiding.

But this armor, this alpha facade,
It’s all I’ve ever known.
I stand tall, unyielding,
But in the quiet moments,
I wonder if that’s truly me.

Maybe the alpha is just a shadow,
A mask I wear to protect what’s real.
Because inside, there’s a whisper,
A yearning to confess,
To say out loud
That I am madly in love with you.

Yet, I hold back,
Bound by the image I’ve created.
But sometimes, just sometimes,
I dream of letting go,
Of telling you everything,
Of showing you the heart behind the facade.

Maybe someday,
I’ll find the courage
To be more than the role I play,
To be real,
To be me.

Crush

> Kelvin:
?? Photo

> Kelvin:
I met her in party
By the pool of Oloika
The figure she was
That caught my attention
Despite the large crowd
And the many beautiful faces that filled the pool side
But the smile on her face
Made a big difference
Won't say she was the most beautiful
But most probably
Her eyes could tell
Of how innocent she was
Her soft voice could tell
Of how tender she was
And her smile!
she had the best smile
Even as I took photos
She was the prime target
Later met
Got her number
And soon she became a friend
Yes a friend
Ooh no maybe something else
Someday, I'll get to know

Bittersweet

The pain of love is bittersweet
A fire burning, but incomplete
For love that cannot fully be
Brings joy and sorrow, so carefree

My heart is full, my love is pure
But fate has led us to unsure
For you are wed, and taken, too
I must let go, though it's so hard to do

My love for you will never fade
But I must honor the vow you've made
And though it hurts, I know it's right
To set you free, and end this fight

So now I'll cherish what we've shared
The moments we had, the love we dared
But I'll let go, for you are his
And though it hurts, I'll cherish this

Maybe

Maybe a day will come, and it breaks my heart,
That the white coated men, will tell my mom we're apart,
That they tried their best, but it wasn't enough,
And now, I'm gone, in a world so tough.

On that day, she'll call, and I won't answer,
She'll text, but there'll be no reply to her,
Then she'll view a friend's status, and there,
My photos will be captioned, gone, not here.
So soon, we'll forever miss you, they'll say,
And momma will be all tears, as she prays,
Papa will be sobbing silently, in his pain,
For I'm no longer with them, it's hard to explain.

Then posters will come out, it's okay not to be okay,
But it'll be too late, to take my pain away,
For I'll be gone, to a place we all dread,
Leaving behind memories, of the life we once led.
So cherish every moment, and hold your loved ones tight,
For life is unpredictable, and can change overnight,
And when that day comes, and I'm no longer here,
Remember, I love you all, and hold me close, dear.

Yooh Bro

Hey bro,
Have you checked up on her lately
Did you ever apologise for what you did
Have you asked her friends how she's doing

Bro,
I know things are not the same as they were
I know she doesn't want to talk
But bro, you gotta be her shield
You have to wipe her tears

I know you thinking this is bull
But you gotta realise
She was busy with the sick that never thought of herself
And her shift is over now
The pain is gnarling at her
She writhes in pain
You gotta get to her first before depression hits home

Soft Life

Soft life had decided to give In
A glass of vanilla yoghurt
A piece of cake for breakfast
A plate of macaroon for lunch
And some pasta for supper
Hiking on weekend to the mountain tops
And having some fun by the caves
On the green lands in the high relief
And even when the rains came
I was not afraid of wetting my clothes
Or dirtying my clothes in the mud
Cause in my little spacious room
There was a laundry basket
That will be emptied on my next hike
By the brown girl who'd come visiting

A Word

In the midnight's hush, a word was whispered,
A message destined for the Mooli's own kin,
A task entrusted to the son's devoted heart,
To carry forth, to the one he loved from within.

Transformed, he became a modern-day Hosea,
Urgency brimming in every fiber of his being,
Men from the outskirts of the grand capital concurred,
Driving double cab trucks and sleek Subaru's, agreeing.

Their voices echoed, the elders' wisdom shared,
The word held weight, they emphasized the plea,
"Ask her to undergo encryption," they declared,
For unciphered thoughts were vulnerable and free.

In the realm of secrets, protection would be sought,
To guard their love with an encrypted embrace,
Where only the chosen key could unlock the code,
Securing their bond in a clandestine space

Dreadfull Night

Sunset used to be a sight to behold,
A moment of beauty, of oranges and gold,
But now it brings forth thoughts of fright,
Of darkness and terror that will come with the night.

It reminds me of nightmares that haunt me so,
Of monsters and demons that won't let go,
Of a world that's filled with nothing but dread,
And a mind that's constantly filled with dread.

The sunset, once calming, is now a warning,
Of the horrors that come without any mourning,
And I can't help but feel so alone,
As the darkness descends, and I'm on my own.

So I pray for the light, for the break of day,
For the sun to rise and chase the dark away,
And for peace to find me, in the midst of the fight,
As I wait for the sunset, and the coming of the night.

Pain

My heart aches with longing desire,
But love has proven to be a liar,
A painful scam that only burns like fire,
So I choose to let go and rise even higher.

Heartbroken

In the midst of friends, I felt alone
As my heart broke and turned to stone
They watched in silence, not a word to say
As my life fell apart day by day

Her smile once lit up my world
But now it's gone, my heart unfurled
She found a new place to shine
Leaving me with memories of a love that was once mine

The laughter we shared, the secrets we kept
Now laid bare, as my heart wept
She shared my messages, my every thought
Leaving me with nothing, not even a knot

But now I'm gone, I've walked away
Leaving behind the hurt and dismay
For in this silence, I found my voice
And in my absence, they'll feel my loss

So, let them see the wreckage of my heart
For I've found a way to make a new start
And though they watched as I fell apart
I'll rise again, a brand new work of art.
