Humanity

A walk down the road
Gave me a frightening sight
People around, brutal and atrocious
Are the reasons for such dark nights.
Innocent hearts, like one of mine
Were filled with sorrow and misery
Humanity is now merely a word
And humanism, A memory.

The state can be ameliorated
The streets can be cleaned
If cruel ones are made better
And all Indian are teamed
No obstacle will be sizeable for us
And, a splendid future might be achieved

Fly

Sitting on a snug chair, I was staring out a window
How a little bird on the surface was trying to fly
Little kid, was finding difficult to do a task
Which others of the same age did with ease
Tried his best, but was not achieving the result
Not because he was idle but because of luckless
Stepped back, ran forward with greater force
Lasted above earth for a millisecond and again fell down
Cried hard, saw his friend flew away doing the same
He another time stepped away and repeated his actions
But, for the same method, is always the same outcome
Comparing little birds with small kids
How fortunate are the ones who get success
How dreadful is the situation for the one's who fail
By doing the same as others, working hard all day
But in the end, left all alone dejected
He's considered indolent and loafing by the world
But if anyone had seen the process, knows the depressed one
He, might not achieve the height, his partner did
But surely one day, this hapless bird will also FLY

Street Crossing

Crossing a street is not as simple as seen
Ask from the one, through what all hardships he has been
The speeding cars, the wild vehicles
The horns firing, amid which you can't hear your own shout.
The first step tells that you've decided
That you'll take short but a strenuous way
That you're determined to face any situation
And that you've payed no heed to the ZEBRA CROSSING

In the halfway of your hike, you stand alone
Eyeing on your target and not what you've done before
Supposedly phone rings, and it's an important call you've to pick
Meanwhile, a rushing car is approaching to kick
Instantly you jump hither and thither to save your life
But keep heading towards the end line

The last initiation left, the rest walk done
Still chances are present that vehicles finish you up
Need to be concentrated to end your run successfully
Else you'll find yourself again at the start.
