Destiny's Embrace

Through all of my endeavors,
Seemingly endless pursuit of happiness,
Given artificial & pernicious companions
By the righteous hand of Destiny.
I feel I am deserving of my own likeness,
That ardent demeanor to appease the void.
Then Destiny agrees...
Unknowingly, she sends the eyes that captivate;
Followed by an aura of immense knowlege & understanding.
Not repeating the superficial surface of my past.
One cannot contrive such & permeate my brain,
                                                       my thoughts,
                                                       my breath.
Could Destiny finally have given in?
My present condition, surreal.
She understands the importance of my character,
Empathetically delivering to me one who does not swelter,
But praises that which I am.
Every day is a test;
His actions, my content...
Surpasses all that I have endured.
I AM ELATED!
Destiny is unpredictable,
This I used to fear.
For this unexpected congruence to end,
I could not fathom.
Yet even in ending, the fullness I have felt
Will forever be appreciated.
I have met my ardent demeanor,
I now have known happiness.

Fractured

Your effortless intelligence,
Thoughts so deep, your words never impetuous.
I've longed to possess the mental peace you own.
To heal this fractured psyche
might be an encumbrance to you...
Keep your love & calmness towards my shortcomings;
I will adhere to your wisdom.

For your intellect is what i envy
And strive to have flow,
Instinctively,
through my brain.

Patience will reveal the basis of your endowment of insight.
My ally in the feat of my own worst enemy!

Fate has entered you in my life,
Purposely,
For you are the force that i lack,
the pith that i require...

To look myself in the eye.

Revolution

A family unit
Life long question
Disregard, a norm
Unconditional, nonexistent
Self-esteem, stifled
Integrity, love?
Please elucidate.

Meager guidance
Rebellious, self-destructive
Ire & lost
Brought Angels of revision.
Sequence interrupted
Anger, selfishness depleated
Former entities
Uninvolved in revolution
Ratification?
Only repudation.

Continuous exertion
Acknowledgment anticipated
Disillusion
Weary heart
Long impending conciousness...
* Love does not derive from strenuous expeditions of the heart,
it exists to ease the soul, exertion to achieve is a futile road.
Love prevails in life, abundant in true souls around me*
Mold is broken
Wounded core
No longer inadequate
Tranquility reigns.

People Say...

Just take a deep breath,
It will cleanse your soul.
This actions overrated,
Every breath seems to dig a deeper hole.

Look to your Angels, one with flowing hair,
Two illuminating blue,
Every look makes me cry,
With hands bare.

It will get worse,
Before it gets better.
Why the hell is that true?
My Angels have to suffer, with no shelter.

The bottom is here,
Staring it in the face.
The fear is intense, seemingly trapped
And lost in this place.
