Ode To Crepes

Crepes.
So soft, so warm,
So beautifully yellow. 
Filled so full with something sharp or mellow. 
Whipped cream or chocolate, vegetables or fruit.
Sweet or savory, a strawberry or a bamboo shoot.
Lemon with sugar, or spinach with cheese. 
Ham and syrup, or whatever you please.
