Crystal Meth Is My Name - I Didn'T Write This But It Needed To Be Heard

I DESTROY HOMES, I’LL TEAR FAMILIES APART. I’LL TAKE YOUR CHILDREN,
AND THAT’S JUST A START. I’M MORE VALUED THAN DIAMONDS, MORE
PRECIOUS THAN GOLD, THE SORROW I BRING IS A SIGHT TO BEHOLD.
IF YOU NEED ME REMEMBER, I’M EASILY FOUND; I LIVE AROUND YOU, IN
SCHOOL AND IN TOWN. I LIVE WITH THE RICH, AND WITH THE POOR, I LIVE
DOWN THE ROAD, AND MAYBE NEXT DOOR. I’M MADE IN A LAB, BUT NOT
LIKE YOU’D THINK – I CAN BE MADE FROM UNDER YOUR SINK, IN YOUR
CHILD’S CLOSET, AND EVEN IN THE WOODS. IF THIS SCARES YOU TO
DEATH, IT CERTAINLY SHOULD.
I HAVE MANY NAMES, BUT THERE’S ONE YOU KNOW BEST, I’M SURE YOU’VE
HEARD, MY NAME’S CRYSTAL METH. MY POWER IS AWESOME – JUST TRY
ME YOU’LL SEE, BUT IF YOU DO, YOU MAY NEVER BREAK FREE. TRY ME
JUST ONCE, AND I MIGHT LET YOU GO, BUT TRY ME SOME MORE, AND I’LL
OWN YOUR SOUL. WHEN I POSSESS YOU, YOU’LL STEAL AND LIE – YOU’LL
DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO JUST TO GET HIGH. THE CRIMES YOU’LL COMMIT
FOR MY NARCOTIC CHARMS, WILL IT BE WORTH THE PLEASURES YOU’LL
FEEL IN MY ARMS?
YOU’LL LIE TO YOUR MOTHER, AND STEAL FROM YOUR DAD – WHEN YOU
SEE THEIR TEARS, YOU WON’T EVEN FEEL SAD. JUST FORGET ALL YOUR
MORALS, AND HOW YOU WERE RAISED; I’LL BE YOUR CONCIENCE, AND
TEACH YOU NEW WAYS.
I’LL TAKE KIDS FROM THEIR PARENTS, AND PARENTS FROM KIDS, TURN
PEOPLE FROM GOD, AND SEPARATE FRIENDS. I’LL TAKE EVERYTHING
FROM YOU, YOUR LOOKS AND YOUR PRIDE – I’LL ALWAYS STAY WITH YOU,
RIGHT BY YOUR SIDE.
YOU’LL GIVE UP EVERYTHING AND YOU’LL BE ALL ALONE. I’LL TAKE AND
I’LL TAKE TILL YOU’VE NO MORE TO GIVE – WHEN I’M FINISHED WITH YOU,
YOU’LL BE LUCKY TO LIVE.
IF YOU TRY ME, BE WARNED–THIS ISN’T A GAME, IF YOU GIVE ME THE
CHANCE, I’LL DRIVE YOU INSANE. I’LL RAVAGE YOUR BODY, I’LL CONTROL
YOUR MIND. THE NIGHTMARES I’LL GIVE YOU, WHILE YOU’RE LYING IN BED,
THE VOICES YOU’LL HEAR, FROM INSIDE YOUR HEAD – THE SHAKES AND
THE SWEATS, AND THE VISIONS YOU’LL SEE, I WANT YOU TO KNOW,
THEY’RE ALL GIFTS FROM ME. BY THEN IT’S TOO LATE, YOU’LL KNOW IN
YOUR HEART, THAT YOU ARE MINE, AND WE’LL NEVER PART.
YOU’LL REGRET YOU TRIED ME (THEY ALWAYS DO), BUT YOU CAME TO ME
(NOT I TO YOU). YOU KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN, MANY TIMES YOU WERE
TOLD, BUT YOU TESTED MY POWERS, AND CHOSE TO BE BOLD. YOU
COULD HAVE SAID NO, AND THEN WALKED AWAY; IF YOU COULD DO IT
OVER, WHAT WOULD YOU SAY?
NOW THAT YOU’VE MET ME, WHAT WILL YOU DO? WILL YOU TRY ME OR
NOT? IT’S ALL UP TO YOU. I’LL SHOW YOU MORE MISERY THAN MERE
WORDS CAN TELL, COME TAKE MY HAND, AND I’LL TAKE YOU TO HELL!!!

The Geekers Ode Author Unknown

THE GEEKER’S ODE

It’s three in the morning and I ain’t been to bed
I thought I’d sleep, but I got high instead
I’m geeking out the window through a crack in the curtain,
I thought I heard something, but I’m not really certain.
There it is again, that strange awkward sound,
Like someone’s out there, sneaking around.
I wonder who they are and what they want –
Is it a thief in the night or the cops with a warrant?
I think I see someone, as many as three –
There’s two on the ground and one in the tree!
It must be the cops out there again,
They’re watching me too close to see where I’ve been.
They have night vision goggles to see in the dark,
I HAD a pair – but I tweaked them apart!
They can hear every sound with their high-tech toys,
Even a whisper, or the slightest noise.
They still are there to keep an eye on me,
I think they’re on the move, if only I could see.
Well now I’m in luck for here comes the sun –
I’ll catch him this time when he starts to run.
Now it is bright as a new day dawns –
Where are the cops? Where have they gone?
They faded with the night right in front of me,
The two on the ground and the one in the tree.
I could go to bed, but I wouldn’t sleep –
The thought of the cops is making me freak!
How could they leave and me not see them go?
Either they’re really fast or I’m really slow
So I’ll sit right here another day and night,
And geek out the window and see if I’m right.
Cause I’ll never know for sure if it’s really the feds,
Unless I stay up again and don’t go to bed!!

My Big Strong Man

I really miss my big strong man
and the way he touches me
with his big strong hands.

For now he has to be away from me,
but in 21 months, he will be free!!
He has his doubts, and I understand,
but only HE is my big strong man.

So until he is out and can be with his son & me,
I will wait until we two can be three.
We miss you daddy, and don't you forget,
because we DO remember, so don't you fret.

I think right now things are as they should be,
but don't ever forget that until the right time,
I will wait until my big strong man can hold me again
and walk a straight line!

And That Would Be You

To John From Holly

It’s late at night, and I’m all alone
In this empty bed
Thinking about all the words you have said
Wondering and hoping if they are all really true
Only one person knows for sure...
And that would be you

I know we’ve had a lot of rough times,
But we’ve had some good ones too.
There’s only one person I want to spend
The rest of my life with...
And that would be you

I can’t wait to begin with our fresh start
You know you are the only keeper of my heart
There’s only one person who could tear it apart...
And that would be you

Please show me, as well as you tell,
You know I would follow you anywhere –
We’ve already been to hell.
I want you back with me and our son,
And I pray for the day that this is all done

There is only one man who can make
All my dreams come true...
And that would be you

Patience

Why, oh why, do we argue so?
God knows I love you, more than you know
We are separated, not only by miles, but also by bars,
I only pray that we haven't gone too far.

I know you love me - for your eyes tell me so
You know I love you - for my soul tells you so
So how do we wind up arguing like we do?
Our words shouldn't hurt each other, but they always do

I hope our love is strong enough to pull us through
there is one person that needs us so - I know you know who
It is our precious little boy, who is so like you-
It hurts me so, because we are both without you

But it won't be long, and in this I have faith
Good things come to those who wait
Well, I am waiting - for as long as it takes
And until that time - I'll be patient, but
it needs to be SOON, for goodness sakes!!

Shadows

Shadows,
clouding my mind,
because I question
if you are really mine

Shadows,
clouding my heart
because I don't know
if we'll ever part

Shadows,
clouding my soul,
because without you
I am not whole
