Last Breath

All I see is your face over me
You are standing over me,
Watching me die
Holding my hand as I turn
After everything, after every hurt you are still here
I can’t believe
With one last breath,
I apologize for all the hurt I caused you
Then my eyes close and seem to disappear

Someone

Have you ever felt like you want someone so bad?
You feel like you can’t live without them.
They light up your world whenever they are near.
You can’t get them out of you mind
No matter what you do
They are always there
But you don’t want them to go away
They know nothing of this emotion
As you reach out,
They just turn away

Fear

Fear is the thing most people can’t seem to get away from.
The taste of your own sweat when you know it might be your turn.
The sight of the shadow that makes your skin crawl.
The fear that you feel when you know he is coming.
The smell of your own flesh as it rots.
You don’t want to even go there.
You hear his footsteps as he comes for you.
There is no where to hide. He is here for you and you alone.
As you touch the face of death,
The thing you fear the most,
You will feel no more.
