Sunshine

How different the love people have for the seasons
While one embraces sunlight, the other grumbles without reason
She loves the sunshine
The way it warms up each day,
It melts away coldness, confusion and grey
paints the sky blue, as bright as a can be
It wakes up the animals and sets them free
It opens opportunities and excitement and fun
it's hard for her to fathom
that anyone wishes differently at all
But he loves the darkness
And thats exactly their problem
That he loves the peace and quiet it brings
He likes the fact the whole world's asleep.
And he too can sleep, like never before, because unlike her
He doesn't want to know the unknown.
He wants the bliss of not seeing in front of him.
When all she wants to know is
what's peering in the darkness
Isn't funny, how two people so dear
Can feel so passionately about something like the sunshine we share.

Confidence

Confidence is something i wear, much like a dress
or when i strikeout in the game I have to pick it back up like a bat.
Confidence and being a women are hand and hand you see.
Confidence is something I douse my self in, much like my perfume.
I love being a women, and wearing my confidence.

O I Am Saved

O I am saved
O am I free indeed.
Thank the Lord each day.
How he died for me.
The blood that he gave
So that I may live
In Eternity forever with Him.

Family

Family is the reason
That we all come together
No matter what the season
We are always here forever

Green Hands

My hands are green
as green as could be
But the second I see it
they start to lose color
I cant even help to wash it off faster
loosing the green makes me gain lots and lot
I try to say no, as more stuff is offered
give us your green hands and this can be yours
I want to
I yearn to
but still I say no.
i need my hands green, in honor to grow
But still as as walk and pick out something things
my hands start to turn, like the leaves to some days
At least once i look, my hands are not green
and all the things, that i got in return.
Do not make it worth it... not one tiny bit.
But still I SPENT IT.
