Grief

How do I grieve
When I won't accept your gone
For you were my world
My best friend, my mom

How do I grieve when
I couldn't say goodbye
For you are the roses
You were my role model, My smile,

How do I grieve,
When my last memories
Are filled with tears and pain,
For you died in my arms
And my life will never be the same,

How do I grieve when my head
Says your still here
How do I grieve when my heart
Knows the truth,

That heaven is your home
And your never coming back
You have gone forever.

Words

The light in the dark
Is the candle as it burns
The light in the morning
Is the flame still flickering

The scent of the wax
Is such a beautiful smell
The warmth that I feel
Is the heat all around

The sound of silence
Is the same air that I breathe
The rustle of the trees
Is the gust from the wind

This life is filled with beauty
But its something that's never seen
Cos life is all but lonely
Because its you that I want
Its you that I need.

Mom

These words are imprinted
in my heart and soul
For you were my sunset
My smile that glows

You showed me love
And would wipe away my tears
You were my world Mom
But now your not here

I feel all alone when
You took your last breath
Holding you in my arms
I knew you had passed

But every day since
I've kept looking for you
Hoping this is a bad dream
And your just show up
Even though I know it's not true

And it breaks me to know
I'll never hear your voice
Never get to hug you
I'll never see your face

Never get to see you
On your scooter that you love
Never get to hear them random sayings
Or even hear you tell me off

I'll never get to see you
Make Ki laugh time and time again
And she'll never get to tell you
How you are her star
and how she hugs your penguin

She misses you like crazy
And I wish you were here
Not like this at the crem
But at home in your chair

Walking into the house
 it's filled with silence
Memories of that day etched in
my my mind, I'm just broken

I'm gonna stay strong and we're
All make you proud,
For you weren't just my mom
You were always my best friend

But I just want you to know
That this is not goodbye
Cos goodbye means forever
And I'm not prepared to let you go
So for me this is goodnight

Rest in peace momma dearest
I love you always and forever
I'll blow you a kiss everyday
From me and Ki
From here to heaven.

Mama's Pain

Look shes emotionally and physically
done with the pain,
mentally had enough
she's riddled again,

Yea it came back and now there's no cure,
This cancer this word is just not pure,

You've taken my mama's smile just replaced
It with fear, god chose this path
he chose not to save her,

The anger inside from me her daughter
I'm fighting back the tears,
Cos I don't t wanna lose her

Cos my mama is weak
she's still not eating
She's losing weight rapidly,
and keeps on falling,

So has I pen my words to this page
I watch the clock tick tick away,
Each minute that passes,
each second A memory,
each heartbeat it aches
The countdown has started.

Hello my old friend, the darkness
Has come back,
So to deal with my emotions
I drink voddy
So I can block everything out.

Goodbye

Wrote a poem called 'GOODBYE', it's for everyone whos lost someone they cherish and love..

GOODBYE POEM
We don't wanna say goodbye
We don't wanna let you go
Cos we know we're neva get to hear
Your voice say good morning and hello.

We'll never get to see you smile
Or hear you cackle and laugh
We'll never get to hug you tight
And fall asleep in your arms.

It's so hard to fight back the tears
To look at memories that were made
It's so hard not to remember your last words
And know nothing will ever be the same.

We don't want to say goodbye, cos that means you have left, we wanna keep you
In our hearts with every beating of the chest.

For you are the most kindest person
A treasure to everyone , you were the wind beneath our wings who kept us safe and taught us how to be strong.

So now you know how we feel there's sumthink we need to say, 'WE LOVE YOU' to the moon and back and will meet again some sunny day.

We'Re Meet Again

Sometime soon we're meet again,
Somewhere we're memories can re-begin,
Were hugs and embraces are simply felt
Were laughter and tears bring happiness
Throughout,

Somewhere soon were find our feet
Be able to enjoy the freedom we seek,
Sometime soon were be together as one
Somehow were get there when given the nod.

It's hurts to think that it's a long way off
But it's something to hold onto when
Days are hard, when moods are low
And sadness is felt, just be strong
And please plod on.

For life has a path, where roads have walls
Were viruses get in and hurt us all,
Were our mental health detoriates and being lonely cos you can't go out.

Were meet again some sunny day
Were clouds are blue and the birds sway
Were meet again some time soon
Were the sun rises and the sunset is infused,
With a sky that's lit and the stars that shine
And in the distance your hear Keep right on,
And get goosebumps and butterflies.

V-Day Poem

Seventy five years to the day
Where the country celebrated
And memories were made.

A day of happiness when the news
Came through, cos emotions were high
But feelings were blue.

Soliders lost friends, comrades they
Called family, our country remembers
The sacrifice that they went through,
the fear, and unhappiness.

So has the Soliders came home, crowd's
Lined the streets, with bunting and flags
Draped from windows in every city.

V day was victorious and our country
Is proud, generations come together
Even though were on lockdown.

We raise up our glasses, and have our
Two minute silence, we remember the day
And what it means to all of us.

Life

Life is going down hill
So here's she goes
And pop's another pill

For life for her has no meaning
Just the darkness and her feelings

For she is lost in this ripple
A constant reminder that life
Ain't simple.

All she has is her self
A lonely woman who no one's cares about

For her life is shattered
Her life is blue, Her reality has gone
Has she waves goodbye to you.
