The Day I Knew Three Were Knitted In Me

THE DAY I KNEW THREE WERE KNITTED INSIDE ME.

The day I knew Three were knitted in me
I felt the presence of life so strong
And knew with God nothing can go wrong.
Though I have tarried for so long
He gave me peace and let me be
I knew with God all things are possible.

Then I behold these tiny little ones...
How they showcase God’s blessings
Then I realized everygood gift is from above
It becomes a reality when your Faith is alive
Just only God, gives gift liberally.

Ichabod

ICHABOD

The family is the heartbeat of God
The masterpiece of God’s creation
A mystery of two becoming one,
Yet one turned to thousands,
And thousands into generations.
The family, a unit so strong…
built a tower so tall it knocked,
At the gate of heaven!

The light of the world
The light of the society
The cleanser and purifier…
Of decadence and immorality
And the children are unto God,
A weapon of warfare to…
The kingdom of darkness.

God, a cord of three strands
Christ, the husband and the wife
A cord of three strands…
Stronger, cannot be broken!

But He who is sitted highly…
On the throne, grieves and moans
And He said…
The cord is broken!
And the man has no direction,
The woman is virtueless
And the children has become…
To me, an epitome of ungodliness!
An epitome of immorality!

Now…
Icahabod, oh Ichabod the glory…
Is stolen, the glory is gone!
Because the Ark is moved
The glory is gone!
The Ark is replaced
The glory is stolen!

Build back the altar of godliness…
That you pulled out
And the altar of righteousness…
That you destroyed
Then Ichabod shall be reversed,
And the glory shall be restored!
And your children shall be to me…
A weapon of warfare to the… kingdom of darkness
And they shall be a generation
Of godliness unto Zion
Because Ichabod is reversed,
And the glory is restored.

Oh Little Children

OH LITTLE CHILDREN...

Children are delightful...
They are happy...
They have no worries about tomorrow.
They take each day as it is, with a grateful heart.

They never grumble for the little they have.
Always happy with whatever they have.

They have Faith...
They laugh...
They are grateful...
They are thankful...
They are joyful...
And so they are bountiful.

God desires you to be like these little ones.

For except you become like them,
You can't see God, nor can you receive
Bountifully from Him.

Worry less...
Smile often...
Laugh every now and then...
Be thankful...
Be grateful...

Then when the enemy think you have no choice...
Abba Father will arise and attend to your situation.

Stay positive...

Confinement

CONFINEMENT

I was confined in my solitude.
The cloud seams dark
And all hope seams lost!

I was confined in my solitude
It ate me deep, like termites ate the wood.
I was confined in my solitude
I could only see the darkside of life…
He persistently point to me the darkside of life.

I allowed him for so long to play with my emotions.
Cos for so long I believe in his lies…
He gained access so much to it…
He toiled with it…
Battered it…
I no longer have a mind of my own.

Though a tiny still voice keep assuring me,
All will be well…
All will be well…
Remember my promises…
Abraham’s blessings are yours
I will never leave you, nor forsake you.

I tried so hard, to leave my confinement
To believe in His promises
I have stayed too long on this valley
But the reality of my situation
Roars at me like a lion.
It became a battle field of the mind!

Then one thing… just one thing
Gave me key to freedom
The attitude of praise..
The heart of Thanksgiving…
The heart to be grateful!

As I entered into His gate with Thanksgiving
And His court with praise,
Doors were opened…
mountains were lifted…
Valleys were exalted…
Shackles were broken…

Then in my confinement, I became free!
Through my act of praise, I became free!

Insatiable Soul

INSATIABLE SOUL

I couldn’t get enough of what?
Honestly I really do not know
Yet my soul yearns…
My soul hungers…
My soul thirst…
But for what in particular?
Honestly I really do not know.

This yearning…
Coiled deeply from my belly
Causing my throat to patch dryly
Making me to hunger and thirst…
But for what in particular?
Honestly, I really do not know.

I have it all!
The world at my feet
A global name
I have achieved all
I have conquered all
Or so I thought!

Yet…
I keep drowning in the depth of loneliness
I keep drowning in the ocean of depression
My life has no meaning
My life has no direction
My soul is restless
Yet I have it all
Or so I thought!

Oh you insatiable soul!
I gave you everything
The world at your feet
Why trouble me still,
Let me be…
That I might be at peace!

But…
All my soul ever wanted,
Was fellowship.
As the deer pants for water
So my soul longs for God
Waiting eagerly and anxiously
To dwell daily in His presence
Surrounded by His grlory.

With the passing of time…
He yearns and thirst
For the fountain of life!
Yet , I brutally denied my soul…
Of the pleasure of fellowship.

No wonder…
I keep chasing shadows
I keep chasing vanity
Yet I found no peace
I remain unrest…
Until I bring my insatiable soul
To drink from the fountain of life…
There I live to thirst no more.

My Wayward Thought

MY WAYWARD THOUGHT

My wayward thought
It streams into my heart…
Uncontrollably,
Like a turbulent sea,
Tossing back and forth.

My wayward thought visit me
Even at the Church!
Right there on the altar!
Even when I lift my voice to God
In worship…
I just couldn’t help it!
My heart is greatly deceitful.

I have been transformed…
I have been sanctified
Washed and purified
The HolySpirit bears me witness!
So why couldn’t I hold my wayward thoughts into captive?

A ray of light…
Seeped into my heart,
Gently as the dawn of a new day.
And at the glimpse of the light,
The darkness evaporated!
Then it dawn on me…
Exactly what my heart needed…
Sanctification of the WORD!
My heart needed to be sanitized…
Only by the Word!

Daily renewal of the Word
Gave me power over imaginations,
Power over arguments…
That exalt itself against
The knowledge of Christ!
Then the Word became a shield,
For my fragile heart.

Fierce arrows of wayward thoughts,
Shot angrily at my heart!
It couldn’t penetrate!
My heart has been shielded
By the Word!
Oh yes, shielded and protected,
Only by the Word.

Closer Than a Blood

CLOSER THAN A BLOOD...

I have learnt something of late...
When troubles of life weighs heavily on you Families are the last to give you succour.
They sometimes compound to your troubles...
And even glory in your misery!

I have learnt something of late...
Whoever stand with you,
In the time of trouble
Whoever hold your hands
In the days of adversary...
Such is a brother, not necessary by blood
Such is a sister not necessary by womb.

Be good to people, show kindness to all,
Because I have learnt of late...
There is someone out there,
Who stick closer than a blood!

The Fairest of Ten Thousand

THE FAIREST OF TEN THOUSAND...

They usually say...
This life is not always fair!
But there is a Fairest of Ten Thousand,
Unto my soul.
Colourful, brightness of a tomorrow
I am certain...
Because the Fairest of Ten Thousand,
Walks with me all the way,
Resting in His promises...
Of a Future and a Hope,
Because colourful brightness,
I must get there!

Whispers of obscurity may tingle...
My ears.
The sky sometimes may refuse,
To shine.
But that is not my destination,
The Fairest of Ten Thousand...
Walks with me all the way!
And so colourful brightness...
I must get there!
