My Heart

Maybe you know, if you let your heart stand cool
The magic happens when it flies you to the moon.
When you never listen, bow, thoughts and mind seemed to be apart
And only sometimes later you'll fall in love with your willful heart.

Be silent and listen to the music that heart universes
The light from your heart joins others, spills out to multiverses.
We all need love and we just can't give up
The dream about having a sunny life everyday is shown to us.

No matter how sometimes we are scared and lost
Each day brings light and plan than we've ever dreamed of.
No matter how you try, but you never will escape,
So quietly listen what your heart will say.

World Needs Love

The world needs love,
So we can't give up.
We dream about having life
That is planned for us.

There's no future
With the wars and fights,
They separate, kills us
From deep inside.

World needs to learn
Leave stress for happiness
And thoughts we can't control,
Many promisses.

No matter how
Sometimes we are lost
Each day brings
New light, direction
Fulfilling plan than
We've ever dreamed of.

We all wish if we've
Had a brighter day
So we could see
Each other on a highway.

It's not so hard:
Be kind, thoughtful, real and true,
Choose love, joy, peace
For a whole week through.

There is no better
Reason we could find,
So don't wait. The time
Will never be just right.

What Made Winter Spring

Remember yesterday and weeks before
It was raining fast and few days slow.
What has happend? Shouldn‘t it snow?
January!, is it you? Hm, I don’t know.
Ah, let it rain and let it blow.
Anyway, I love the snow,
White and light that covers everything below.
But season’s magic: different, sublime,
I can’t believe they came before their time.
Did lovely winter grab sunshine in the wing?
And here is what winter today brings:
Flowers bloom, tropical birds sing,
This really makes the Winter Sping.

Better Smile

Don't let grey could to take the sky.
You shared your pain and whispered why.
The rain slept on your back, but you never knew
The nights were dark and past has followed you.
There is one word that you can loudly shout,
It is a smile and there's so much to smile around about.
This simple smile can change you whole -
It is the sunshine of your lovely soul,
It helps to overcome the storms.
Your smile, know, quickly changes mine,
Don't worry, let's better wear a smile!

Past Or Today

Tough time don’t last,

However tough people do.
But you can change Today -
You are what you think and do
Even if sometimes blue.
Think of the things
You can not glue,
Overcome your fears -
The main here's only You!
Each moment brings something new.
New week, new day -
It is your story.

Don’t look into the past.

Song about Business Analysis

I map the vision, chase the need,
Between the lines, I plant the seed.
From stakeholders to strategy,
I am the bridge - that's BA me!

(chorus)
We ask, we link, we write it clear,
Align the goals, wipe out the fear.
No cape, no code, but still we thrive -
Business Analysts keep dreams alive!

Align with teams, architecture too,
Assumptions challenge 'till they are true.
Deadlines loom, the scope may sprawl -
But here we are, who see it all.

The Seed That Wouldn’t Quit

They told me, “Stop, it’s not your way,
Your path is wrong, your sky is gray.”
But roots don’t listen to the crowd,
they grow beneath the noise so loud,
and reach for light they’ve never seen.

I walked the fields they never crossed,
counted the hours they thought were lost.
Their easy crowns were quickly worn,
but I kept building, thorn by thorn,
a truth that time would prove was keen.

For knowledge grows in patient ground,
in work where no applause is found.
And when the bloom began to rise,
their doubt turned slowly into eyes
that saw what silence had begun.

Now every leaf repeats the call:
the seed that fights will stand as tall
as any gift the storm may give -
for roots that choose their way to live
will always find the sun.

The Stone in the River

They said, “You’ll never change the stream,
Your plans are just a restless dream.”
But stones don’t fear the water’s voice -
they stand, they hold, they make the choice
to shape the flow, not drift away.

Around me, currents laughed and spun,
the gifted boats sailed in the sun.
Yet in the deep, I learned to stay,
to read the tides, to find the way
where rushing waves could not betray.

The years went on, the river turned,
and bridges stood where stones had learned.
Those who had mocked now crossed with care,
forgetting they had once stood there
to say, “It’s wrong - it can’t be done.”

I do not need their late applause.
The river bends to deeper laws.
And those who stand when all else moves
will find the strength the stream approves,
and greet the rising sun.

A holistic view

A problem’s never just one face,
it lives in people, time, and place.
So POPIT shows a clearer view,
of what is old, of what is new.

The People side is their needs, their say,
the Process shows the steps, the way.
Information, tools, the streams,
together make the system’s schemes.

Technology may shine or fail,
its edges sharp, its pathways frail.
But when you map them side by side,
the hidden gaps can’t ever hide.

It looks so simple, box and square,
yet clarity is living there.
For every change, both small and fit,
begins by asking through POPIT.
