Love You

I have said many reasons why I love you. Although there’s no amount to say, bc there should be none. My love for you is limitless.

You’ve been through a lot, and I’m willing to climb those walls. You’re more than I’ll ever know myself. You continue to show me reasons why I love you. I can’t even begin to explain how much you’ve helped me.

I know I’m stubborn, annoying, and a brat more than enough times- yet, you continue to love me and stay by my side.

Life isn’t easy, but I’m willing to stay for you. Our obstacles are mountains high, I’ll climb them to be with you. My love for you is larger than the center of the earth to the sun.

My star has been fading for years. But in the past months of knowing you, you re-lit that flame. I hope I can do the same.

You and I both know we’ll slip up and fall. From small hills to a cliff. But always know, I’ll grab your hand. I’m NEVER letting go of that hand. You would have to injure me so horribly for me to let you slip. Even then, I don’t think I could.

Our lives have somehow intertwined. I do believe in fate, as you probably know. This might sound stupid, but I believe we were met to meet. As also as this sounds, I think we went through a lot (even without) knowing we had someone out there who does understand us.

We’re opposites- that much is true. Though as you said, opposites attract. We are both our own person while still sharing common interests. I absolutely love the fact you have the same mindset as me at points.

Plus, I just love you. I think some how, in some way, we were supposed to meet. I believe in a lot more than I let on. I think a lot about things and dig in deeper than I let on. I can tell there is a lot going on, even when you say there’s nothing. I’m not blind. But I’ll NEVER force you to tell me something.

I trust you. I trust you a damn lot. I’m willing to say I can put my life in your hands if it comes down to it. I hope one day you could think that same. Even though I’m clumsy, your life is something so precious, that I could never even think of leaving a scratch on it.

I love you~

Believing

Often times, seconds are seemingly so long that you feel stuck in a clock that never tics away.
The once little tics you would hear have now stopped. Time slows down as you stare into the unknown.

Believing in yourself used to be so simple; kinda like the snap of a finger, or the tap of a shoe.
Now, it nearly seems impossible to leave the headspace you call your mind. Thoughts are both meaningless yet fulfilling.

At one point in one’s life do they feel that they’ve done nothing. Thoughts run ramped as they just want to fall asleep.
Closing their eyes seem as if it’s an impossible mission to complete. Wanting to leave behind the clock that can’t seem to tic.

But after a while, the clock that never seemed to tic; begins to move once again. It’s almost as if it never stopped to begin with.
Those horrible nights of silently sobbing into a pillow; staring into the unknown; and even those unforgettable actions....

They move along. Like the tic of a clock. Running water in a stream, down to a waterfall that crashes into a beautiful pond.
Ever so slowly do those sleepless nights fade away. Time begins to move, just as you wished for in the beginning.

However... Even though time will move on with those nights in tow. Memories and history will never be left behind.
Either it’s a tear falling down your cheek, or a scar on your body. That memory will never be forgotten.

Time will stop at some point, or memories fade to the back of the mind: But what I know for sure-
That once seemingly frozen clock, will begin to tic again. Just like the beat of your heart. It’s not left behind, just a little slow like the once slow stream of running water that falls into a beautiful pond.

The Dancing Moon

As the days grow shorter,
The nights grow longer.
As you stare into the sky,
You’ll see something flying high.
The bright soft light above us,
Staring down as we sleep into the night.
As the hours go by,
You’ll see the moon dancing high.
The winds blow a strong breeze,
That carries the moon in its wake.
As we close our eyes and dream away,
The moon will be dancing until the sky turns into day.

Move On

Time stops for nobody;

Even if we beg it to.

As each day brings forth a new page,

We tend to forget that each day can bring new pain.

Everyone begs for the happiness or the fearless hours.
But for those who can’t move forward,

All they can do is wish for the best.

The wisest people in the world know that pain makes us stronger.

They know that only being happy is wishful thinking.

That’s why we have to move on.

Even if pain is all we known or felt,

We move on.

So, even after all the late assignments;

Sleepless nights for tests;

Countless hours of studying;

Time continues to move on.

For some, this year has been the worst, normal, or best.

They still move forward to the new day.

Time will move on.

For most this year will be remembered,

As others will soon forget.

But for me?

I will remember and come back to the year I mature in.

This isn’t my goodbye or my farewell.

It’s just me saying it’s time to move on.

Stars

Most nights have been shattered through lost thoughts. Stars falling in the night sky as they search through space. Giving up hope as they realize they’ve lost themselves in the dark abyss.

Time moving ever so slowly for those who’ve lost their ways, searching alone to find their place. As most stars’ lights give out; others fall into a ravine, finding their true home.

Stars shine brightly for years to come. Giving off different colors, hues, brightness, shapes and names. But they all have one thing in common.... Thousands of people idolize them.

It doesn’t matter if a star is near it’s end, or one just beginning. People give their hopes and dreams into beautiful stars. Never give up on that star, even after it’s not as bright or as big when you first laid your eyes upon it.

That star, has seen more than you realize. That star, has been through possibly years of trauma. That star, probably was once ridiculed as being stupid. That star, might have been lost for centuries. But you, you believed in that star. Making it outshine even the sun in your universe.

That star loves you more than you realize. Please don’t give up, even after it fades away. Continue wishing upon stars; because one day, that star could save your life.

Humanity

People never taking blame.

Hardships make the pain.

Hearts freezing over.

Greedy hands taking more.

Animals taking hide.

Children running away.

Our weaken eyes are blind.

For we are nothing more,

Than the sicken kind.
