Weirdly Unique Poem
The sun is blazing
Hot and fiery on this day
I have loads to do
And loads to say
If this pace continues,
I'll never finish it this way.
I wake up to sit on my desk
Attending online school
Then do my assignments
So teachers think I'm cool.
Then there's tutions, and more
To make me feel like a fool.
Hundreds of papers,
My laptop and cables
Lie on my desk.
Projects with labels
Add to the list of
Objects on house tables.
I check the time after
wrapping up my mess
Oh no! It's already late
I forget to change my dress
I still slump on the bed
Because I couldn't care less.
Next morning, I wake up
To do it all over again.
And hope this hardwork
Won't all go in vain.
I wish to get a fruit,
Sweet for the pain.

Weirdly Unique Poem
There once was a pretty mermaid
Who tied her hair in a long braid.
She had way too many friends.
Who swam out till the ocean's ends
But alas! They never returned.
She was one who later learned,
They lost their breaths
In those shallow depths.
Forbidden to explore the sea
She felt she wasn't at all free!
For those with legs had taken over.
Her house's roof now swept lower.
Corals held her fins tight
Said, "Going there isn't right!"
Now she watches as dirt floats by
Can't talk it out, she wonders why.
Little does the merdaid know
Why in ocean does she stay low.
Where she lives is now to cherish
If she goes too far she'll perish.
She wishes for us to hear her cry
To save her home, we must try
To still believe in us she is naive
But to this day she does strive
There exists a pretty mermaid
Who ties her hair in a braid
All her friends long since died
She is lonely in the ocean wide.
