Chiefs of Mischiefs

Chiefs of mischiefs are-
Vulnerable honourables
Who wear the outfit of oppression
And vicariously dishonourable
Upon putting our nation to recession

Chiefs of mischiefs are-
Magnanimous messengers of doom
Offspring of greed, kindred of impunity,
In conspiracy who prey on our security
Piercing our gallant soldiers with gloom

Chiefs of mischiefsare-
Peaceful promoters of poverty
Constantly canvassing continuity
In power and personalization of public property
Turning we entity into a nonentity

Chiefs of mischiefs are-
Juristically judicious judges
Who swap judgment for payment
Transforming prisons to lodges
For penniless paupers to torment

Chiefs of mischiefs are-
The various ambivalent voters
To whom tokens be given
In lieu who hawked their quota
Of fortune and their children’s children even

Chiefs of mischiefs are-
Impartially official officers
Whose working formulas be tribalism
Absenteeism, favouritism. And those Lucifers
Dwelling on the deck of vandalism

Chiefs of mischiefs are-
The series of sinister citizens who
Art devoid of fear of God
Perishers of our betterment at home
Crushers of our dignity abroad

Satire On Human Desires

Barely hung-up tattered rags
Never appear like dead frogs
Neither so should an old lad
Ever behave like bedbugs

Why, flashy car and gowns,
Dominate human desires?
Worn clogs could make them bounce
Utter lures that do expire.

Speak up! Doth utter luxury cruise
The poor man growls like thunder
If skyscraper, whatnot, make fuse
Towers too perish asunder!

You blasted wealth, go rotten!
Creaking furniture will decay
Busty buddies owe the thin nothing
Lucid love the lust delay

Baneful heads beget lashes
Lest fame be empress’ desire
Haughty woods must turn ashes
For faithless soldiers do retire

Naked souls adoring hereafter,
So reap trifling repents?
Against grave hours or thereafter
You dare pay earth revenge?

Wage the celestial war for eternity-
Chase not earth, the vanity

Letter To Tyranny

Letter To Tyranny

To every world leader who had at one time or the other bathed with the blood of humanity.

Leave shall I here
Trailing a murder case
Fellows be no fear
Else men shall fill my space

Trillions of mine breed
Soon comes as ageless writers
Give me your hearts, bleed,
Guarding a spearless fighter

(Go shall I there)
In sprint of greater rage
No pharaoh do I fear
In case they track my state

Truth’s troop tell time
Justice shall come to reign
Equity shall win the clime
Tyranny shall be to blame

To Our Promissor Leaders

Had we have enough but day
This quagmire were no crime
We would keep mum and forget which train
To board to crush our multifarious pains

You by the Atlantic Ocean’s sides
Should we find: pulling away our plights
Of tactlessness, backwardness and peacelessness
Nay, you’ve hurled us into a river of helplessness!

You should, if you please, jail us
Till day your end would bail us!
Our advanced adversity had grown
Higher than Kilimanjaro, and the unknown;

The advancement is as old as civil war
Whilst black ate blacks’ flesh raw
Three years after, the hungry guns fell
But the advancement grows; even yet

Which year at most shall our leaders fear?
The aftermath of rendering our pockets bare?
For never do we deserve this state!
Nor should death strike us at a cheaper rate!

Lest I'M Alive Breathing

‘Lest I’m alive breathing?
Like a gentle man would say-
Wisely pouring my pen ‘II
Be to write all through my days.

Chanting justice my hand must aid
For the sacred zeal ‘s my birth made.

Lest I’m alive breathing
From coast to sea justice need sail,
Why stark mortals dashed out to jail?
Till forth comes death to snatch their bails?

Longer I’m alive breathing
Lest spoils prevail till end of time
No lawbreaker my tong’ will hail
Lest law fetters and justice fails
Truth must gear my tongue to wail.
