Shaya Sara Samson Poem
Once Upon A Dream
I closed my eyes
and reached the skies.
I looked around
and heard the sound.
Of sweet chirping birds
that spoke my words.
They told their tale
which I could not inhale.
Then I flew into the skies
with the diamond butterflies.
And rode the candy horses
who flew with flying forces.
And I reached a crystal castle
garnished with tassels.
With beds of silk
where I laid my head tilt.
And my peaceful sleep
was hindered by a beep.
My heavy eyelids opened
and I got up in a second.
It was just a dream
once upon a dream…

MY DREAM VACATION
Plink Plink Plink
Ah-
Lemon yellow raindrops falling down on me
I pull my tongue out to get a taste
and raise my sunglasses to take a look around.
Pink cotton candy clouds
Creamy Chocolate rivers
Candy Cane umbrellas
And is that a green-red melingo*?
What a sight to see!
I get up to see
a choco-coated breaden* boat
sailing on the pink ocean.
My mind is at ease
with the wonderful sights and sceneries.
I lie down on my orange hammock.
No stress, No pain
No sorrow, No want
In a beautiful place like this.
I could get used to this...
melingo: Melon-flamingo
breaden: as in a material made of bread

Shaya Sara Samson Poem
I go to my school
I sit in my chair
and I listen to Miss Claire
Who teaches me math
Which has a pretty tougher path.
Miss Viola teaches French
J’ aime blanche!
Here comes Miss Jarbik
To teach us Arabic.
There’s Miss Pince
Who’s come to teach us science
School’s a place
Where everyone can ace.
No matter who you are
You can always be a star
Welcome to school
There’s no other place too cool.

Shaya Sara Samson Poem
The life of a seed
Is an intriguing one
The seed is buried
Buried under the soil
Let’s not lose hope
The story did not end!
In few days
The buried seed
We see in a new form
As a small shoot
And then a leaf
and then a flower blooms
Smelling sweet or looking sweeter!
Some will grow to bear some fruit
And some may grow tall and strong
Some will be small and sweet
Our seed has reached its peak
It’s sacrifice brought in fruits
and shade
To those around the world!

Shaya Sara Samson Poem
My family is my obsession
They’re the ones I’m crazy about.
My mom, my dad,
And my little brother
My grandparents, my aunts, and uncles
And cousins too,
are the ones I care about.
My family is what I think about
Every day, every minute.
Each member is precious to me
I love them and they love me.
My family is my obsession.

Shaya Sara Samson Poem
Oh Mother Earth
Who gave us birth
Oh! how unjustly we treated
you
And without mercy heated
you
Oh Mother Earth
Our sweet, sweet hearth
Your children cry
And they die
We destroy
and grab their joy
Oh Mother Earth
We took your mirth
And left nothing but
Sadness like a broken down – hut
You see and cry in pain
It looks as if all goes in vain
Oh Mother Earth
Now we see your worth
A hundred gold
You protect us from cold
Our only shelter
Our greatest helper
We felt our destruction
Our Earth’s deduction
Oh Mother Earth
Guardians have been birth
Who’ll hear your cry
And won’t let you die
They’ll keep you clean
And forever green!

Shaya Sara Samson Poem
The Panther Who Roams Greece
The panther who roams Greece
Was a mysterious legendary piece,
He was the favorite of Dionysus, the god,
Whom the people very much adored.
The panther who roams Greece
Would sleep after he feasts.
Then roars and emits a sweet smell,
That’s really a cunning spell.
The panther who roams Greece
Was the terror of them all,
He could eat any creature
No matter whatever their feature.
The panther who roams Greece
Was once a legend and he still is.

Shaya Sara Samson Poem
In the middle of Christmas night
Falls a snowflake so very bright.
In the chilly winter cold
Falls a snowflake you can’t hold.
On the icy, crystal ground
Falls a snowflake all around.
In the snowy, winter time
Falls a snowflake with a chime.

Shaya Sara Samson Poem
The month of October
is not something sober
It’s the month of happiness
And full of friendliness
The flowers are blooming
And no one’s ever fuming
The month of October
Is celebrating lives together
forever
