Silence is not quiet sometimes it is louder than speech,
Telling of anger and dismay though it's the wrong way to teach,
Voices are used in cahoots with sound,
Properly used emotions may be unwound,
Understandings become common the latter become rare,
Expressing emotions can be difficult to share,
1 part speech to 1 part feeling,
Give time to process and time for healing,
When the day comes and you are face to face,
Take a deep breath and handle with grace,
Being grown up is often not fun,
Regardless there are things that just MUST be done.

Eff this and eff you,
And eff that horse you rode in on too,
The way you speak to me,
Is definatly uncalled for you see,
My tone can sometimes seem a bit rough,
I seem a bit cocky all actin' tough,
As your girl I should get respect,
Instead I only feel like a reject,
You said, "my queen" and I could dig it,
Other names you've given that I'd omit,
I do not treat you as a lesser,
So why are you such a suppressor,
We should be equal you and me,
Treat me well ill forever be your devotee,
Continue this way and you'll see me run,
Because I feel no love and its not any fun!

Be young while you can my dad used to say,
Don't grow up too fast see life the kid way,
Try to catch Santa and then the Tooth Fairy,
Watch for the boogie man he's scary,
When you're grown up those things won't get done ,
You won't run and play or have as much fun,
Instead you will work from dusk until dawn,
Then on your day off you'll mow your lawn,
As an adult you can pick your own bedtime,
Then return to your job to earn that next dime,
Over and over you will get a routine,
Maybe you'll get bored and need a new scene,
Bills are due every month of the year,
Plenty of time to choose your career,
For now be the youngin' you are,
Never forget to wish upon a star,
Always be honest always put out your best,
Say please and thank you by God you are blessed,
Pray every night before you go to bed,
And never be angry when you lay down your head.

there is now a distance that has grown,
to heights with tremendous valleys,
i been hanging in there nd its been shown,
but my heart aches nd now it rallies,
change was wanted now its required,
to be honest nd to each understand,
what we've had before we've always desired,
lets beat the haterz hand in hand,
i promise to give my love fully everyday,
youll experience loyalty nd trust,
Always nd forever as i always say,
us vs the world i believe its a must!

What makes a person happy,
What makes a person cry,
What makes a person stay forever
And never say goodbye,
How does a person smile
How does a person frown,
How does a person stay so cheerful
Never seeming down,
Why does a person break the rules,
Why does a person act out,
Why does a person get off track
And take a different route,
Human beings are one of a kind,
Human beings are unique,
Human beings are undecisive
Not quite sure what they seek,
So when you come upon a path,
Of which is not your own,
Make sure you greet them with respect,
And let your love be shown!

life goes up nd life goes down,
life gets crazy all around,
sometimes we fall nd sometimes we rise,
sometimes we do things that we despise,
when at our lowest thats when we find,
the person that we truely are in our mind,
what we can handle nd what we'll take,
we learn to be strong nd how not to break,
all these trials nd tests that we endure,
can push our limits hitting our core,
but we mustn't lose faith must keep up hope,
because oneday will be brighter since we learned how to cope,
we will rejoice cuz that day will be glorious,
for now we've conquered our demons nd were victorious!
