11:11

Looking at myself, I stare into my eyes.
Shaded dark brown pyramids are just a disguise.
Deeper than that, I am there, trapped inside.
Lost as I look around; it seems the same things are in my sight.
I keep going, its overwhelming. How long is this fight?
I keep going, its overwhelming. The sun blinding me so bright.
The other side. Happiness. Calls me all the time.
I'm sinking, on the outside I look fine.
I breath in, and breath out. Release the tension with a sigh.
Maybe tomorrow will be better, and I won’t feel trapped inside.

Under

High. That’s not hello.
Imagination is real.
Enhanced when I’m blown.

Split Second

Heavy waves speeding.
Rushing to shore, they are one.
Forced back; the sea robs.

For Snowball

Snowball
My most favorite of all
God put you in my life right before Christmas came around.
Your had a big tear in your ear and right behind grandmas water heater is where you were found.
Your dad fell in love with you at first sight.
I couldn't believe we were taking you home to our small studio that night.
Ever since then you always showed me how special you were.
From how big and fast you grew, to your big cat purr.
I wish I had you longer then 2 short years.
I always promised you you'd make it to the top with me while I faced all my fears.
Thinking of my future home, there was always a big back yard just for You.
And we almost got there as these years flew...
My baby boy, I owe it to you, thank you for all the memories,
You were more than just my cat, you created a better me.
Now I sit here without my Snowball
But you will always be in my heart, and my most favorite of all.

RIP Snowball December 2018-April 28th 2021
