Reynold Pereira Poem
Passing by, just passing by,
We are all just passing by
Like the river down the stream and the train down the track
We are all just passing by
Cherish each moment because it is going to go away
It’s a passing phase which makes up our beautiful stay
The Sun and Moon take chances to light up the sky
Try to bask in their loveliness like a butterfly
Passing by, just passing by,
We are all just passing by
Like the ever-flowing breeze and the patter of the rain
We are all just passing by
The days and nights show how much things can change
In a blink of an eye the whole world can suddenly be strange
As a flower starts to bloom it’s slowly going to fade away
We will all complete the circle; we are all just passing by
Passing by, just passing by,
We are all just passing by
Like the river down the stream and the train down the track
We are all just passing by

Reynold Pereira Poem
Walking down the memory lane,
I semblance a lot of pain,
As life moves on it gives me a feeling,
It could be for some gain.
Gifted another beauteous morning,
As the earth rotates her side,
A new day, A new learning,
As I keep moving with the tide.

Reynold Pereira Poem
Stone Hearted
29th April ‘03
Does a stone have identity?
Does it recognize or seek recognition?
Is it a passerby which can withstand the storms of life?
Does a stone have feelings of pain and pleasure?
Or does it just enjoy the unlimited sighs of life?
Is it an entity which does not distinguish time and eternity?
