Yay! Puddles!
Splish! Splash! Splish!
Wonderful Puddles!
You fill this rainy day with fun!
Thanks for always being there,
Right at the end of the driveway!
Although Mom might not like you,
I always will!
Because once my spashing is done,
I get hot chocolate!
Wonderful Hot Chocolate!

I will always miss my friends
I am leaving, leaving them behind
And it feels like I will never see them again.
As time goes on, they start thinking of futures together.
Futures that I cannot be a part of.
Because I am leaving, and I don’t have a choice.
I don’t want to leave them.
These friends
Are my best.
I will always miss my friends.
My wonderful friends
Friends who bring out the best
and the worst in me.
Kind, compassionate, loving friends.
Friends who help me fix my mistakes.
Friends who are always there,
Right when I need them.
These friends
Were my best.
I will always miss my friends,
But I know they will be there.
Right where I left them,
So I can come back and visit.
I will not forget them,
and they will not forget me.
I’ll make new friends too.
I’ll have many good friends
But I know that these friends
Will be my best.
