Reunions

Nothing is new
Even me and you
All re-lived
In time frames anew

Thread through this heart
Tread to that soul
Weaved and walked
Million years ago

Warmth of that smile
Recalled by this being
Comfort and peace
No one else could bring

Meet you again
Some day, somewhere;
Different face,
Same old gaze

Therapy with Theos

Perceive me through your senses,
Like God in the Old Testament.

Feel the warmth.
Enveloping, comforting your cold heart.
See the sand.
Shimmering, hypnotising you into a trance.
Hear the bubbles.
Stroking, nursing those half-open wounds.
Smell the tranquility.
Meditation, teleportation, unending calm.
Taste the saltiness.
Following, escorting you back home.

Or was the sea shore your home?
Or just a therapy you sought?

Everything Has a Soul

Maybe the wind blows to search for lost clouds
Maybe the stars shine to hunt for the sun
Maybe we laugh to gasp in some air
To let our soul dance blissful and bare

Maybe the waves come looking for lost fish
Maybe smoke rises to search for the wood
Maybe we cry to let out our plight
To heal our souls scathed, scarred and knifed

Maybe the grass sways to wave at the grasshoppers
Maybe the spider weaves to show off its skills
Maybe we kiss to say that we'll miss
To let them know we always want them near

Dis-Illusion

How can you say that your dreams,
Weaved into an atrocious scarf,
Is not the one you fathomed,
But at least keeps you warm?

Why do you feel so lonely,
Never could feel that emotion before,
When dusk falls, streetlights shimmer,
 And music starts to play?

Where do you go to hide,
From glares and unsolicited advices,
That keep hitting you like missiles,
But never take your heartbeat away?

Why does sobbing and gasping,
Awaken a quiescent part of your mind,
Stirring up a turmoil
That shakes you up from every other slumber?

Why do you feel crushed,
When people make excuses, valid or otherwise,
To realise, you only have yourself at the end of the day?

Leave me alone. Leave me to doom.
Blame the stars. Blame the skies and the moon.
And she is always THE ONE,
Until you meet the next one.
May you meet her soon.

Felt but Untold

I feel, I feel a little bit more
Deafening silences of stories untold
Wrenching hearts, welled-up eyes
Suppressed screams weaving loving lullabies

I feel, I feel a little bit more
Breezes disguised as tornadoes
Wreckage, havoc, “it’s dark inside”
Cluttered confusion showing the ‘light’

I feel, I feel a little bit more
In a circus, on a tightrope
Smirks, grins, mocking eyes
Free falling to see if it’s alright

Tell me, tell me if you know
To keep these secrets, box of lies
Chest of unconsoled cries
Buried beyond land, seas and skies
Never unravelled, but felt, kept and hidden again
By souls destined to have the sweetest of smiles.
