Night Jasmine

The night was calm and breezes free,
A silken gown wore the trees,
The night walked with divine beauty,
Firmament had an utopic shine.
A gift of nature was her voice,
Dazzled like a polestar with platinum poise,
A treble of heaven played by God,
The night was calm and breezes free.
Her sanctity was a dove of Venus,
Her music crafted an art of genius,
For thousands slept a sleep of heaven,
When the night was calm and breezes free.
What joy it gave has little claim,
The appollian treasure I had attained,
My vacant heart as a wandering bee,
Desparate for that honey of glee,
When the night was calm and breezes free.

Madre

Mother
Plants beacons of life
Tears nourish placid roots
Her pains quietly sewed in duty

Summer Evening In a Bazzar

Adorned in summer lights,
Vehicles honk away,
Like an ocean stirred by rain,
The bazzar begins to bustle again.

Familiar aromas fill the streets,
A rainbow of fruits proudly staged,
Lassi and chaat among the favourites,
The musty evening is such a delight.

A hoard of children cycling around,
Swarming near the food stalls,
Sooty air so full of life,
The sky finally turns off its lights.

Warriors marching abode,
Chortles seem distant,
The busy bazzar drifts away,
As transient as it's reminiscence...

A Dream's Purpose

Dreams are not the horses to fly,
But the hope to continue a while,
Joys are clouds that disappear soon,
Dreams are those who live with you,
Eyes are liar of lethal cause,
Hardly separate passion and love,
Misuse dreams with dreary work,
Success is not in destiny's womb,
Power lies in our striving arms,
Dare to dream is meaningful if ,
Effort to pursue is founded in,
Addiction and passion are faces of dreams,
One vanquishes while other reigns,
When dreams become the slave of addiction,
Suicide is the final destination of life,
When confidence becomes your mind's fief,
Dreams will become your reason to live,
starve for dreams you will be satisfied,
Chase your passion you will be dignified.

Realization

A heinous day opened my eyes,
A lifeless me slept beside,
O what scary moments were they,
for what I saw was the devil inside.
Their tears were the mirror of my eyes,
That washed away my lingering pride,
I sensed a torment of loss or victory,
Not too unknown for they were mine.
My clip of sins flashed before,
Their pain and wounds silenced me,
That inhuman figure had me disturbed,
A man so cruel I could not absorb.
That fire of guilt burnt my soul,
My deeds had left me forever stunned,
The token of pains my family attained,
Killed my soul yet again.
My body dispersing in the air,
Made me question my existence,
What peace a holy fire could give ?
To a man who never loved his dear ones.

A Dart On Dreams

The riddles of brain got me through,
My sweat is witness and duties proof,
Burnt two ends of life not candles,
To achieve my dream or so I say.
My dreams were wings of people's desire,
But little I knew those sugary vipers,
Who gasped my wishes for selfish fame,
And sailed my vision far away.
My life is now a splendid satire,
Neighbours are satiated more than ever,
But an unusual void trembles my interior,
I stand so lonely in this sea of success.
Had I heard the beats of my soul,
Followed my heart and venged the folks,
Happiness would have cherished my works,
My old arms blossomed with lush and love.
Sailing my dreams in the boats of treachery,
Why should I moan over the trick of time?
For those boats test everyone's grit,
The holes were rather poked by me.

Puzzled

Should I praise the rainbow,
Twirling in spurts of bliss,
Or glare the tainted sky,
To blemish my share of happiness.

Should I avenge my freedom,
For I'll be free from shackles,
Or clasp my glutton desires,
To live a little longer.

Should I defile this body,
A memoir to all my sins,
Or gift my soul a chance,
To grasp the hands of mercy.

I want to fight a little more,
Feast a bit on frugal breathes,
Should I reproach my naive bravery,
Or tuck myself in eternal sleep...

Teen Love

Dandellion born by a lake,
Snuggles with fresh sun rays,
Claims the wind a gentle kiss,
Sparkles float in eternal bliss...

Consolation

Long lost piece of heart,
Under his eyes I carved my world,
His eyes have got their destined one,
Infidel heart does not understand.

Bad Days

A smiling moon is a heart's desire,
But eclipses are what make it worth,
O forlorn night why do you despite,
Your deepest sorrow is preetiest attire.
A wintery apple is an eyes appeal,
But fiery sun makes it ripe,
O motherly tree why don't you reveal,
Your greatest hatred is worth your life.
Life is but a bunch of roses,
Thorns are what make it special,
The one who is pricked by these,
Knows what fragrance the rose possesses.
Bad days drift forever like wind,
Our will decides how strong they are,
A tree is thrown by thousand storms,
But look how they regrow so strong.
We don't grow by our ages,
Our building blocks are the damages,
Failures have never mirrored the talents,
They just calculate the distance to success.
