Abygail Archer Poem
I often sat and wondered when
My luck would take a turn,
I don’t know where or when or how
Or if i’ll ever learn.
But sitting back i told myself
Be patient luck will come,
And with that thought i pushed on through
My troubles were undone.
In time i found it came to me
And swept me off my feet,
It showed me things i’d missed before
A taste of something sweet.
I grabbed and kept a hold of it
Like it was mine to claim,
I took it home and kept it safe
To help my luck remain.

Abygail Archer Poem
Among the sea there are trillions
Of fish like you and me,
We strive to find our other half
That match us perfectly.
But often you will find yourself
Caught up among the tide,
You suck it up and do your best
And hold on for the ride.
But once you break away from it
The path you start to take,
A path that leads you straight towards
A chance to make or break.
Then blindly you will find a fish
That matches perfectly,
A fish that shows no matter what
With you they swim the sea.
