Mark Gittings Poem
Mucky boots as I walk the trail
Deep into woodland, it begins to hail
The tale of Autumn, a slight frost
Forgotten my gloves and counting the cost
All alone surrounded by trees
Got to keep moving before I freeze
Been walking for over two hours now
A distant call from a concerned cow
I see the light and familiar with the view
Feeling warm now but hands of blue
Over the gate and into the rain
No bother because I'm back home again

Mark Gittings Poem
The pink horizon I love to see
Pure delight above the sea
Evening bliss here on the shore
Visual heaven, glorious for sure
The waves gently fall so near
These moments in memory will hold so dear
Darkness falls as the sun fades
I remain sat here and take of my shades
The moon lit sky and stars do shine
A picture in true Devine
The night is set with a cool soothing breeze
A summers night lingers on at ease
