Family Tree

As each year passes and comes and goes
The family tree grows and grows
The more you nurture, the more care
The less likely you will become rare

Roots are formed and the cycle continues
and gives new life to carry on
Water feed and nurture you tree
All of this love for the family

The message is clear for all to see
Look after your family tree
The tree is here then and now
Its only love that will show us how

Cancer

Cancer
Feeling numb, feeling blue
Isn’t much that I can do
Not my choice, not my decision
God only knows my position

I didn’t falter, stumble or cry
I just thought I know I might die
Those who know me
Know I like a fight
I now know I will need all my might

What’s the odds, I don’t know
I will just have to go with the flow
But know this, here and now
I will not crumble, I will not bow

If anyone can win this battle, it’s me
The fight is on so let’s begin
Because everyone knows I like to win.

Mirror

Mirror
As I look in the mirror
Who do I see
Someone different
Who used to be me

I know its me
Because I feel the emotion
But the image still causes a commotion

My aim is great
To just be alive
But the treatment they gave me
Took me by surprise

Its not the disease
That hurts the most
But when you look in the mirror
I see a ghost

I have since be re booted
And don't look the same
As long as I remember my nature and name
This is something I will always have
And cant be taken as I stay on this path.

An Itch, a Glitch and a Terrible Twitch

An itch, a glitch and a terrible twitch
These are the ailments of a terrible witch
As she took to her broom abound for the sky
That itch in her knickers took her too high

She started to twitch as her nerves they were shattered
As she fell to the ground her broom lay scattered
That's whats she gets when her spells are all wrong
These ailments she has are all pretty strong

The Poor witch she is not very good
Took to her bed without any food
As she woke in the morning it was just Halloween
Then she remember it was all just a dream.
