How do I align my thoughts of contort? 
Seal this confused mind and it’s subconscious.
The corrosion of my heart will no longer allow me to attach to those I love.
Anxiety runs through my veins. 
To you it’s a surprise, to me it’s internal pain. 
I write to keep me sane. 
In that moment it’s just a blur.
