Lisa Geier Poem
If greed had not been passed down by generation
If love and peace had not been reduced to confiscation
If the rules of government had not been trapped through the lamination
of corruption
Destruction
Devastation
Leaves no room for imagination
God forgot about creation
Hope is lost in legislation
Money runs our formation
Not given enough consideration
Deliberation
Contemplation
Hold loved ones close in the gestation
Of the clowns who run our nation
Don’t think about the population
Oil runs through my circulation
Cut me open to reduce inflation
Masses controlled by the spread of propagation
Minds thinking about increasing production
Not wondering about the function
To create reconciliation
That will erase all detestation
World becoming one at the disintegration
Of hate that causes annihilation
But we’re wrapped up in materialization
No one thinks about moderation
Losing the point of our conception
Watching love burn by cremation
Cultures watching their own elimination
Taken over by globalisation
Not thinking about our obligation
To bring an end to this violation
So we can all live without feeling exclusion
Wondering what caused our distraction
As we sit in front of the television
Open your minds to this jurisdiction
That is causing devastating afflictions
Not enough vaccinations
To cure the spreading contamination
Children suffering from starvation
Don’t tell us it’s a peace mission it’s an invasion
Millions face extermination
Treated like an insect infestation
Super powers don’t care about liberation
Please understand that war is not a celebration
Just because it creates an augmentation
In the economic foundation
It’s still a disgusting molestation
Of the purity in civilization
Weapons cause death not constructive conversation
Bombs exploding cause fragmentation
Of emotions such as adoration
Synonym for love respect and devotion
The cry for peace should not be answered with explosions
Raise your hand if you agree with this motion
Was this the point of evolution?
Ever increasing pollution
Creates a growing irritation
In the system of respiration
Symptoms close to asphyxiation
Don’t breath in its like suffocation
This is not an exaggeration
This is not a fabrication
This is just a demonstration
Of how we caused our own obliteration
Passing on a bit of education
Through the form of communication
Hope there's been some concentration
Thanks for your appreciation

Lisa Geier Poem
Hearts beat in shallow chests as brains tick in empty heads
Unseen eyes glitter as to small hands pull to big triggers
Money wouldn’t let go as it dragged the world behind it
If bombs fall killing everyone do they make a sound?
Lies come from microphone equipped stages as the masses keep a clapping
I watched millions die for greed of the liquid black gold genre
After he lost faith the son of god sold out and did Nissan car commercials
Truth is swept under the rug by the politician janitors
In the jails of hate of race only people stood
Only language of government, propaganda
Nations bleed white vomit as they all turn into one
Open your mind to your own thought not just what your taught
Flags of freedom flew high creating shadows of corruption
Someone asked quietly did he find his nuclear weapons?
Our violence took control as we laughed at history
Calling voices from the gutters to an unhearing feeling
Indicating that this is a mistake and it may be too late to start to cooperate
Even religion took its place behind the rolling tanks of destruction
Thought is the only thing left to save
Kneel to our new god, fear

Lisa Geier Poem
As Nissan cars drove through the bars they picked up Jesus who yelled out to
the populous HEY LOOK AT ME I’M FREE! And he was free to and God said
check in later, but go be who you want to be. Society cried for the souls they lost
wondering at what cost and the billboards lied and the fire hydrants said come
inside it is safe we will protect you from the fire and all the while I wondered why
you didn’t open your mind to find out what was real and what was feral and they
said with their pretty hair, their arms bare they’re faces full of fake care, eyes
wondering who was over there and are we safe in this place, she’s to wild for us,
we’ve had enough she’s crazy you see she knows who we will be we would
rather follow what they say instead of think! and the flowers screamed YOU
NEED A SHRINK but no one listened because we could only hear and feel so we
fell over in pain and it started to rain all the same and the droplets hit the ground
bursting into anger and hate it drew out our fate cracked the concrete as it fell
and dripped poison into the well. It’s a hard rain she screamed. ATOMIC RAIN!
Society screamed. NUCLEAR RAIN! they yelled and ran crashing into one
another over reacting once again over analyzing all the same and we watched in
shock as the riots were fought and in a whisper I heard the wind zoom by my ear
and suddenly I could feel right in wrong very strong but I forgot it the next day and I
forgot how to read and to write and spell and I forgot how to speak and to feel
and smell and it wasn’t until I forgot how to think how to open my mind how to
see what could rhyme what was fine and then my eyes glazed over and I broke
the window in front of me so I could see what I wanted to steal was not real just
tubes and spark plugs that would make my life empty but my mind was so
closed and my eyes so open that there was nothing left to tell me the truth so I
joined the acid rain riots and all became quiet. The end of the world took place
that day but we all keep living that exact same way.

Lisa Geier Poem
Wanting for setting the world on fire
Wanted for catching the sun
Wanted for watching the stars
And dancing on every single one
Moving to fast because time may not last
Moving so slow we don’t want to let go
No time to think about what they think about us
In ourselves we’ll always trust
As we launch ourselves in the chaos that is life
With no time to think about creating strife
Stop and think about it for an instant
Life is nothing if not passionate and inconsistent

Lisa Geier Poem
Slowly realizing with some help that life has never been about the things that we
can live without but the things we can’t
I wore you socks to bed instead because thoughts of you ran through my head
and I couldn’t get them out instead I wondered if it was me you thought about
Telephone poles stood like crosses across from the insane train that took me
swaying away from the place where we used to chase our teems of dreams
through leafy trees I thought in that spot that I could never live without your crazy,
lazy, always hazy smile
Come back to me for a while?
You’re family reaches a peak that can only be described as a shriek or a squeak
but I loved them right away without having to stay or say much of anything at all
Never felt very comfortable with anyone who was punctual but we showed up late
to every date we made
We paid the price with grains of rice and were always nice and sought
forgiveness from the villains, who were taking our time,
Don’t worry because I know its fine
Realized that I could live without everything else that the world was about as long
as you shared my thoughts and lent me your socks, slept in my bed and ravaged
my head with crazy ideas I’d never come close to grasping always relapsing
about
Found out what friendship was all about and that I couldn’t live without the girls
who made me want to shout and that’s what life is all about and what I’ll always
live for.
