Come Back

I wait patiently for the return of my friend

We parted as lovers
It felt like the end

But a true friend is forever
We can start again

Leave behind the lover

Come back as my friend

T-Rump

he's an anti-intellectual
afraid of homosexuals
IMBECILE!
he's anti-scientific
his views are just horrific
IMBECILE!
climate control is fake
and coal is really great
IMBECILE!
he'll grab 'em by the crotch
and thinks that he's top notch
IMBECILE!
he'll fire all his guys
to cover up his lies
IMBECILE!
he admires "Un" and 'Putin"
he thinks they're rootin-tootin
IMBECILE!
it's time to just impeach
to stop his hate filled speech
such an
IMBECILE!

Person In the Window

Who is that sad person in the window?
the one with the purplish hair?
The one who has sat there for hours
with a deeply dark sad empty stare?
You better get up and start living
as life will not always be there
if you don't start paying attention
no one who knows you will care

*sing to the tune of doggie in the window*

Again

I brought my Mom
a single rose
to put atop her grave
I cried some tears
then left her side
and gave a little wave
but even tho she isn't here
She's always in my heart
so I will see her again one day
the day that I depart

Retired

What's it like to be retired?
Its sleeping in 10 min more.
its like everyday is Saturday
its like going to lunch and not going back to work
its like a transformer blew down the street and you get paid for a day off
its a 3 day weekend that turns into 5
its no more deadlines
its no more speeding to work
its no more meetings
its a freedom you've never had before
it takes some time, feel free to explore

Romance Scammer

Romance Scam...

I went down that road...oh, yes i did
This beautiful woman caught my eye and my head
She wanted to love me and be her wife
She promised to move here and share my life
She talked so sweet I just didn't see
She was about to really me
I wanted to help her all that I could
We'd work it out soon, it would be good
First was phone , then nothing to eat
Then there were siblings that she had to treat?
I started to sweat, I'm getting cold feet
I told her its over
Until we meet!
I never heard again from that girl
But oh my lord she gave me a Thrill!

Grow

I never had a daughter
I never had a son
I ended two relationships
and now there is no one

but yes I have my fur Babies
that bring a happy home
here we will remain
living in this dome

no more threats to leave
no more threats to go
no one else will hurt you
you have time to grow
