Elizabeth Boyd Poem
In this world, we encounter things in which we realize.
In this world, what lies within us, is only the facts of life.
Within this world, we are to overcome our fears and factualization.
And from within this world, I've have overcome the painful rifes:
My mother is like a psychiatric person who had stopped taking their medication
Because every time, she seems to be able to kill every day with her own self-frustration.
My father is like a hypocritical liar who cannot stick to one statement at a time
Because everything he says he will do to make everything better always just does the same
thing like my mother; another senseless crime.
My sister is like a prudent princess who has her ups and downs.
Because she is strong in what she believes in, along with the fact that she expects a lot out of
me and from all around.
My best friend is like a lost animal being driven away from the current of the sea,
Because she and I are no longer the best of friends we used to be.
My nephew is like the little angel that gave all his light to the earth
Because ever since he had shown his light, he had been called back Home to watch the
miracles rebirth.
My nephew's little brother is like a bundle of joy that constantly reminds me of his older
brother in respect and honor,
Because everything he did, every little laugh that came out of his little mouth, was as
inspiring as his older brother's voice that always pondered.
My friends are like those caffeine products that exceed excitement
Because every time I seem to have fallen down, they are always the ones to be my
enlightenment.
My enemies are like those prying voices that seem to try to break through my mind
Because with all their might they try to fill my life with echoing lies tend to become entwined.
My life is like a roller coaster that has its ups, downs, and also its broken stops from
dysfunction
Because of all the tragic twist and turns of events that are attracted to my distinction.
My reflection of my own self is like those lying mirrors found in a fun house, created to lie;
Because from things that I have been influenced with; lying comes very easily to me with no
one even bothering to ask why.

Elizabeth Boyd Poem
If we had a choice
Between life and death
Would it make us rejoice?
Or would it be another lifeless breath?
If we had to choose
To die now or to live for eternity
Would you say your last goodbyes
To see the next life that God has for thee?
Or would you live to see
What lies beneath every word of every word spoken
To take life as a simple token?
If you had to choose
Between watching someone die as you are able to do nothing.
Rather than to kill that someone in self defense who is doing everything that's
something.
Would you do it?
If you had nothing tolose
But your life?
If you were chosen to save
Would you save a child from a burning house?
Or would you be a little less brave
And pass it to go to Europe with a free browse?
Would you do things you normally wouldn't do
Live to see the world at its end
Save a young heart from the massive truth?
To watch yourself lose a best friend?
Tell me, would you?

Elizabeth Boyd Poem
I loved everything about
Everything you said
I loved every you did,
I loved the fact that you made me felt that way.
The sweet little kissed you gave me
Made me feel special everyday.
That was how I always wanted it to be.
Oh, how much, I wanted to see you everyday.
You were always the one to be around
To cheer me up
Whenever I would be down
YOu had always seemed to find a way
It was just something you would do
Always having to make my day.
You were the best thing that had happened to me
And there was not a thing anyone could say
About how many ways I loved about you
And about how inseperavle we were in the past days.
I held on to you
For the strength I had always needed
You were the one to make it through
Out of this broken path, on how it was always treated.
Problems had vanished, no more did I had to hide
Because I was with you
Standing right by your side.
Everything you said was true
For that I have thought
And all the things you tried to do
A lesson, learned in time, a lesson you intentionally taught.
I had hoped people could have seen the real you
Not many would listen
Just a few.
Everything and everyone new
Seemed to be treated just well
All except you.
No one had understood
What the things you have gone through
No one would take a minute or two
To hear how your feelings grew.
In fact, no one understood you, but me
Though I had hoped we would have stayed alive together
As ONE was suppoed to be.
But knowing what now had happened.
Knowing how it is to me
And knowing how it was to you
ONE no longer will happen.
ONE will never be.

Elizabeth Boyd Poem
Every step of the way
I always stop and ay
Look up into the sky
Look back to where you were only five
Look into where things weren't rough
Where life wasn't all that tough.
Just to live life and have fun
Sitting in your own sandbox looking into the sun.
Think back to when you didn't care much about love
When the times you thought you could reach the stars up above.
Every once in a while
You couldn't help but smile
To remember being a child
When everything was mild.
Wishing that life could be that easy
Knowing that life isn't all that you seemed it to be
But knowing that you would do anything
To go back to something
That was once the time of your life of everything.
When life was never a bore
When everything is all you long to wish for.

Elizabeth Boyd Poem
You were the reason
Everyday I smiled
But you chose to treason
For that, I haven't been the same for awhile.
I thought you felt the same
As you had told me
But I guess everything to you was just a game
Because what you said wasn't the truth to be.
My love for you
WIll never be forgotten
The way I wish it to be, just us two
Will never happen.
I will forgive
But I will never forget.
The day it had to end
The day I regret.
From hearing those words knowing to just a friend,
Was all that you wanted.
So my wish for you
Is to love the next girl
Who loves you too.
Treat her well
And love her more that I have loved you.
For you will never know
She may be your last
It'll make you miss her so
Because life goes by fast.

Elizabeth Boyd Poem
Not everyday, do I hear your name.
Not anymore, your little fingers, so I ever get to touch.
Without you, life hasn't ever been the same
And with that, I have miss you oh, so much.
But now as people have told me,
And that I have believed,
You are in God's playground
Watching over me.
I miss you oh so dearly
Always remembering the memories we shared,
Even remembering how life used to be,
When everything you did
Was when everybody still cared.
Now I am to end this with an
I just wish you have a very happy day,
And to watch Baby Caydan
Every step of the way.
Love,
Auntie Liz.

Elizabeth Boyd Poem
Life is full of sorrow,
As we always wonder about tomorrow.
Life is full of pain,
Unknowingly that we hurt the ones we love again and again.
Life is full of love,
Always wanting to reach to the stars above.
Life comes and goes,
Because of the decisions we chose.
Life is ending near,
Now is the time to face our fears.
Life is full of cries,
As a life is taken away, we gaze into those skies.
However when life becomes brightened,
It's when someone comes into our life causing our life to be lightened.
They show us the way,
An escape out of this dark cold day.
