Stalker

It watches it stares
My God it's always there
In the shower, when I read a book
It even gives me dirty looks
NO PRIVACY ALOUD
It moves in malice all about
No hiding, It's there
Even when taking off my underwear
Nowhere to hide, it will not leave
It's moving closer
What could it be?
A confused ex, or an ex friend
I want to be free, IT'S STALKING ME
I can remember when it all began
Ducking behind trees, and the sound of crushing leaves
Sometimes I think it's on my sleeve
It's in my phone, It should go home
Inside my bed, It even crawls inside my head
I want to breathe, I want to scream
I sometimes wonder what it wants from me
I feel its presence, I can smell it's breath
Is as if something crawled from death
I pinch myself when I awake, because I know that this is not my fate
I will not run, I will not hide
I feel this parasite inside
So time has passed, It will not leave, because it holds this jealousy
I want it gone, To feel again
I even feel it when I take a swim
When I rest, It screams at night, I even lose my appetite
Its in my car, under my seats
There's a crazy demon stalking me
When I pray, it lies in wait, just to make me feel its pain, guilt, and low self-esteem
Because I'm not the one it expected me to be
I am Calm, quiet, caring, kind and still
And I refuse to let it steal my will!

Lies

I told them "I stopped"
But I really can't stop, because I know my girlfriend would call the cops
We just lied, But we really can't lie
Because if it comes out
who's on our side
I just play, but I really can't play
"cause playing just wastes my day
He's not a thug, you know he's really not a thug
because lipstick and heels just makes him stuck
Spending their time just going out their minds
And making up lies were always defined
They need to to rob, they know they really need to rob
"cause getting honestly is no sign to Bob
They wanna kill, the kill for the drill
But they won't shut their mouths
They must shout their plans to will it.
So they must lie , you know they really must
Just to catch your eye
Or a piece of our Minds!

The Speed of Light

Fast as our feet moves
Fast as a bike
Driving on threaded roads
Faster in a car
As swift as the mind thinks
The road is not far
Traveling many miles
Or the beat of our hearts
Racy as a Jaguar
Then playing our parts
Using our own brains
We must get that afar
Strumming on the old strings
Playing a guitar
And running past the Fast train
yet don't get too far
Just moving
At the speed of light

Chasing Time

Lost in Translation
Racing against the wind
Retracing all time
Back to where it begins
Fighting all sorrows
then taking flight again
Screaming out loud
But only sounds of the wind
No turning back
Just racing again
finding a tune
to make the heart mend
Time just stands still
       then just starts again!

The Hour That Stands Still

All Tired
    No Rest
Quiet time
    As each hour drags on
No time or sleep at all
Stand still
    It's quiet again
Just the sound of the cold wind
    Leaves start to fall
Then the rain comes
    Stormy awake
Then the pain comes
    Breathing loud
Yet standing still
    Moving around
Then bend their will
    It get quiet again!
