Time

Time...
Time is a vehicle used to travel through life's passages,
Then once you have arrived at a point of understanding,
Your actions speak like deafening utterances,
Wisdom and foolishness are the children of your experiences,

Each occasion is used as tools,
To capture apiece of a moment,
So it can stand out in your heart,
Like the most precious of jewels,

Daytime will not wait for no one,
For the seconds turn to minutes and minutes turn to hour,
Plus, hours turn to days and days turn to weeks,
As well as weeks turn to months and months turn to years,
Then our youth looks as if it has vanished,
While the solutions to those problems seem to have appeared,

Nighttime will eventually come for everyone,
For there is rest for weary and sleep in the midnight hour,
As sand passes through the hour glass of life,
All we can do is live it to the fullest,
In hopes of receiving the most precious gift of Christ,

Time is a vehicle used to travel through life's passages,
As some travel swift and others travel slow,
When it is finish it is complete,
Where your fate rest only you know,
Time...

When the Lights Grow Dim

The potato plant's roots keep yielding her precious fruits,
As the youth of the Spring's breeze blows through the trees,
To provide the shadows of life on its green leaves,
A bastard child is born without the presence of a father,
Drugs and prostitution have destroyed her young mother,
There are dreams being shattered and nothing really matters,
When the lights grow dim...

Generations full of lust, lost in shame,
Silly ladies shake their pretty round hips in mischief,
The Summer's heat has came,
There are dreams being shattered and nothing really matters,
When the lights grow dim...

The great struggle of the poor man is a steady fight with all his might,
While the rich man gets richer off those huge city centers,
That help light up the night,
As the leaves from all the trees have fallen to the ground,
Diseases, poverty and sickness is all around,
There are dreams being shattered and nothing really matters,
When the lights grow dim...

The chill of the Winters's frost freezes the Earth's vegetation bear,
So, the people look to their governments for shelter and security,
But, it is so dam freezing cold,
And nobody knows if anyone even cares,
There are dreams being shattered and nothing really matters,
When the lights grow dim...

Centuries pass and life spans flows and goes,
Where the wind comes and goes nobody knows,
The Son provides the world with power and illumination,
Until the day of judgement,
Only the "Blood of the Lamb" will provide true salvation,
There are dreams being shattered and nothing really matters,
When the lights grow dim...

The Earth will exist until the end of times,
When God has defeated all the evildoers,
As it is spoken by his voice of thunder,
With the Saints of mankind,
For, there are dreams being shattered and nothing really matters,
When the lights grow dim...

Behold!
If life's motions and actions would pause for an instant.
To realize it is never too late for change and redirection,
Until, those great old trees crumble and fall,
As its trunk gives way to decay,
And the axe as the Lumberjack calls,
Or, when all men's souls leaves their bodies,
To be judged by the "Almightly",
When the lights grow dim...

Can You

Can you say no,
When your body says yes,
Can you reject the sexy Ms. White,
Who infected your heart and mind with very notion...
That only for you, she is the best thing happening,
Or just for a few moments,
Can you forget all the shame,
All the love lost,
All the Months and Years,
Of anguish and pain,
Can you stop wanting her,
She has stopped loving you back,
And cannot you see,
Her heart has grown cold,
Always leaving you penniless and homeless,
Living in a broken down Cadillac,
The more you give,
The more she will take,
Your Mom's Sterling silver set,
And your Dad's leather coats,
You went from being a High School teacher,
To a base head strung out on coke,
Can you stand up to her,
When she calls you by your name,
Can you?
Answer her with just no!
And do not have to explain,
Can you?
Can you, please...
Remember God, your family's prayers and their unconditional love,
Can you?
Can you please...
Stop throwing you life away using all those drugs,
Can you...

Soldier's Plea

We were shaped and fashioned as true saviors of peace,
Endorsed to spread honor and knock the enemy off his feet,
So, I raised my right hand, before God and before man,
To defend our constitution on water or on land,

To spread democracy's gift of love,
A trowel craftsman's tool was used from above,
So, we need your support and your prayers,
Sometimes I wonder if anyone even cares,

When we fight all day and all night,
Can our Democrats and our Republicans do what is right?
To put on this uniform takes a very courageous person of a special breed,
For we fight not just for our country, but, for other nations that are in need,

Even to this very day my friend,
I can not forget,
When those mad men, flew our planes from those Airports,
And into those buildings with no remorse,

So, United we shall stand or divided we shall fall,
My Soldier's plea is that this great country pulls together,
And may God help us all,

Land of the liberty and home of the brave,
Distinguished folks like our Generals and our Admirals,
Judges and Pastors,
Mothers and Fathers,
Little boys and little girls who represent our country,
From all over this world,

I need you to take a stand with me,
From the north to the south,
And from the east coast to the west coast,
Let us all boldly proclaim my Soldier's plea

Each Time

Each time is like the first time,
Thoughts of passion will never leave my mind,
Romantic evenings after dark,
Your gift of joy make me rock,

I am thinking of your warmth,
So kind and so clear,
A climatic sensation,
Each time we are near,

I hope it is the same for you,
Each time we are alone,
I know I've found that Rib God took,
I am ready to start a home,

Each time you hurt,
It makes me cry,
Each time we part,
I cannot say goodbye,

Each time you laugh,
You put a smile on my face,
Each time we kiss,
You make my heart race,

Then we make love again and again,
You are my lover,
And my very best friend,

I am your man and you are my rib,
For God formed you from me,
To demonstrate how to give,

When we are together,
I know you are mine,
Each time is special and one of a kind,
Each time...

Chance

Chance is an opportunity to receive something special, different and new,
A bold and refreshing adventure that illuminates the heart,
A chance to fall in love with you,

A chance for real passion that comes from deep within,
As I sleep or day dream of this silly chance at romance,
And then, my friend, wonder if this chance would ever end,

Standing face to face we light up the place,
With words of passion,
Or thoughts of pleasure our minds would treasure,
Of a chance I would take,

A chance for life or a chance for death,
At any given moment they could walk into this place,
And destroy our secrets as quite as it is kept,

Yes, this chance I take is very special and new,
We could never be apart in our minds,
But, I knew this chance would not come easy,
The last time I laid eyes on you, Chance...
