Md Asadur Rahman Poem
I would not use, words of hyperbole,
To describe you, my friend.
As i am not WORDSWORTH,
To explain your heart and your beauteous forms.
I do lack the Imagination of KEATS,
To gracefully praise your songs.
Nor have I achieved the vision of COLERIDGE,
To see past your earthly charms.
Oh dear! , I am just an ordinary guy,
who at his lonely hours,
sitting on thy couch,
Recollect the memories,
of such sublime pleasures,
Spent on those halls of ivy, the cafeteria, the lake, and the park.
Those memories that brings a smile on my face,
That now i know what blessed mood really feels like,
What it is like getting a relief,
from the weary weight,
of this dusty selfish world.
That now i do realize,
The greatest gift of GOD,
Given to me,
Is the privilege of your FRIENDSHIP,
that leads me,
To the path of kindness and joy,
Until the river of my heart,
Reaches its horizon,
To walk upon its eternal lonely path...

Md Asadur Rahman Poem
Day's of terror have arrived,
It made us wonder how many of us will survive,
The face of this terror is a virus,
That emerged into a pandemic for humans
Walking on the path of humanity's destruction
But we never realised the results of the disasters
It may be responsible for the death of humanity
But on the other hand its a cure for Earth that's a reality
It resulted in the reduction of pollution, population, global warming, crime etc,
Do we ever wonder the reason behind a pandemic,
Or do we just believe that its method of destruction,
That is meant to destroy life and spread panic,
Just give it a thought for once,
WHAT IF,
A disaster is the result of destruction caused by us?
A pandemic is the method of prevention from us?
WHAT IF,
Our death is the chance of survival for other life forms?
We pollute the water murdering the aquatic ecosystem,
We destroy wildlife for our survival
WHAT IF,
Our end is the only way of survival for mother EARTH?

Md Asadur Rahman Poem
What is Love..asks all, knows none,
Some believe its fake,
Others call it true,
As it teaches you lessons,
Taught by none,
Often considered to be a blessing,
Which later turns into a burden,
Yet what it is knows none.
I believe its something more,
A feeling so pleasant,
A thought too bright,
Its what brings you joy,
To the fullest of thy soul.
But be careful as it takes no time
To end all as it was never done.
It is that essence of life,
Which is too delicate,
So handle it with care and respect and concern,
Cause if you dont it may vanish,
Its that power which brings you freedom,
But once you lose it,
Be ready to regret it forever,
For what you cant value,
Should never be yours.
And then the person once soo important,
Becomes the one we want to confront,
But cant due to the hesitation,
That leads us too deep into frustration,
Until we really understood,
That the true love is not what we were feeling,
But its that we first felt in our mothers womb,
It is she who everyday wakes us up,
Cooks us food and ties our shoes,
True love is what our mother gives us,
Not the one we often mistake.
So respect it while we have time,
Cause once its lost,
It will be fulfilled by none.

Md Asadur Rahman Poem
The sea of my heart is full of foul
The tears of pain begins to howl
Yet it pleads to be free
Like a fruitful growing tree
I hoped for the pearls of happiness to come
But it disappeared as darkness made me numb
The Love i admired is now on fire
Murdering the dreams of my desire
Pulling me down to the depth of desperation
Making my breath hallow by suffocation
I searched for the path leading me to my destination
But it reached the peak that was beyond expectation
The hallow empty phase of life
Burning with fear making the pain thrive
I wanna let go the past and move on
But the memories that i had pull me down
Tears fill my heart thinking i will lose you
Lesser do i realise that i barely ever had you
You came and became a part of me
Then you left as it was never meant to be
Once i was ready to never stop trying
But your last words to me left me crying..

Md Asadur Rahman Poem
The Mother Earth seems so pretty and beautiful,
Until we look inside too deep,
Only to find the bitter truth,
The reality of life,
which has no value,
Unless one can buy it,
Cause this nation respects only,
The rich and powerful,
A world where poor are abused,
And assaulted for the sake of power,
It has now become the mother nation
Where the mother is safe no more,
It is the untold truth of the greatness,
That is claimed by all but achieved by none,
The irony of worshipping not for spirituality,
But for the earning in the name of Almighty,
Yet we are so lost in the lucrative reality,
That the unseen bitter truth remain buried,
Deep inside the grave of success,
Untill a disaster occur to scratch its surface,
Only to bring disappointment to those,
Who hope for a change,
Only to make them remember,
That we live in a society of Disgrace,
I feel pity for my Mother Earth,
As it leads its way through life,
Reaching the destiny of the Door's to Hell..

Md Asadur Rahman Poem
It was a normal day, but something made it different from others,
Putting a smile on my face, showing the natures beauty and true colours,
Choices was mine, whether to enjoy it or just stay to admire,
But was it really the reason for such a wonderful day having the everyday attire,
Each moment had the scent of a graceful desire,
Questioning every second the purpose of the different fragrance of nature,
Then she came and passes me like flow of the air,
Her presence was enough to win the hearts of every royal heir,
Her smile could speak a million languages to be understood by one who has been loved,
yet i stand there now understanding the reason why my breath became so roughed,
It was like winters came bringing happiness of eternal,
So this is how it feels to fall in love, dreaming about future with bunch of short interval,
But the dreams were too high to achieve soo soon,
that they broke the heart making a deep mark like always seen on the moon,
Still hope for things to get better like before,
If the love was true then all sorrow will be foreverly cured.

Md Asadur Rahman Poem
What does it means to be a man?
Its not what we learn as a child,
The freedom, superiority, happiness is all a lie,
A man is merely a puppet to live according to a plan,
Plan on how to be able to take responsibilities,
Responsibilities that becomes a reason of fear,
Fear of not being able to live upto the expectations,
These expectations haunts the lives of every men,
From birth men are tought to achieve certain goals,
Its not about achieving their own happiness,
But to be the reason that everyone else smiles,
Men are supposed to protect and feed their family,
Men are those underrated humans,
Who are always blamed for their existence,
Yet less appreciated for their efforts,
Men are not those creatures who are always selfish,
But they are those beings who sacrifice all their dreams,
men are not suppose to be bad creeps,
So Just learn to live like a man,
Not to prove your manhood..

Md Asadur Rahman Poem
Life's a journey with lots of twists and turn,
leading the way through hitches,
making my soul burn,
Strong men show no fear nor pain,
while traveling the path so narrow,
But their truth is hidden beneath the smile,
That covers the feelings of sorrow,
Though you try to move on,
But the past reamains clenching,
Pulling us back to garden of nostalgia,
That is when we realise the circle of life,
The harder you try to go,
Is the faster you reach your despair,
But the moment you stop the flow,
Is when you challenge death to stare

Md Asadur Rahman Poem
My heart feels crestfallen
Whenever I think about that day
She looked like a bee collecting pollen
In the garden of Deity as she pray
The raven attire on the pale skin
The ample lips and the double chin
Crooning behind the queen bee
Her voice was faint yet bold as the sea
I kept admiring the charm of the damsel
But she paid no heed
she kept worshiping from the chancel
And my heart wanted me to plead
My trembling approach to her was late
As the crowd started to leave
I lost to the cruelty of my fate
But my heart wasn't ready to believe
Whenever I have that recollection
Looking at the hanky kept as souvenir
My heart blooms with infatuation
As I could feel her euphonious voice clear

Md Asadur Rahman Poem
The night was dark yet cheerful
With a trip down the memory lane
Memories so gloomy yet blissful
Embracing the subdued heart's pain
It began as an effort for relief
And our tears started to flow
As we spoke our heart's grief
A bond transpire like winter snow
It was a night that altered the past
Into something that felt so pure
When the young souls felt better at last
They smiled merrily for sure
It's the feeling of a blessed mood
Like experiencing a morning sunshine
That brightens the shallow woods
With chirping of birds from the pine
She shines as the ray of hope
When the hitches in life arise
And building the path on a steep slope
Leading the way to Paradise
