Living With Ptsd

We were all trained to push the limits of the human barrier.
physically growing stronger.
Mentally developing professionalism.
Improvise, adapt and overcome.
A war-torn country is the birth of a squaddie.
The remembrance of the vast desert, the lush-us green zone.
etched painful memories to the soldier's daily life.
We stand together, tall and proud.
We cry together.
The heartless actions we carried out were not for revenge, not from anger.
For the greater good of human life.
At the setting of the sun.
The dead lye at rest, the causalities patched up, the amputees are on prosthetics.
But we all remain mentally scared

Whisper of the Wind

Feelings are like the wind.
They come and go.
Stand tall like a mountain enjoy the warmth of summer.
Stand proud through the winter.
The clouds form from a nice day.
Building up stress, frustrations and anger that will release in thunder.
Meditate the drizzle to prevent the storm.

The Cradle of Life

The mind can go in many directions.
If the mind sleeps awaken it, if the mind wanders quieten it down.
When you mind is between the two.
you are at natural peace an undisturbed calmness in the Cosmos of time.
A calming mind takes practice once mastered you have room to hear.
Flow like a bird allow space, distance and freedom.
Birds leave no foot prints in the sky you have to make your own.
Awaken the heart and blossom the cradle of life eternal elixir.
Life is a beautiful mystery enjoy the ecstasy of humanity
