What Is The Worth Of A Person?

What is the worth of a persons life?,
Shall we be remembered for our many efforts and strife?,
What can we do to we remembered well after we die?,
Will we be remembered, perhaps with a sye?,
In life we remembered once and a while,
Those who have passed over, Perhaps a persons smile,
Perhaps a memory of who they once were,
Perhaps very hard to remember giving your mind a stir,
A thought from your past of kindness you've been,
Of a person you've loved, a thought of glee,
Remembering what a person once said,
Or visiting a grave of someone dead,
Stating your sorrow and your gruef,and regrets
Telling them you miss then, and yet... ,
They can not hear you nor understand what you say,
Then so leaving that place, going your own way,
So what is the worth of a person now gone,
To leave a mark on the soul of one who lives on,
To share love and kindness of all we come to know,
To be remembered in life without fanfare or show.

We buy gifts for everyone,
For friends, family, daughters, and son's,
Some gifts expensive, others so cheap,
Remembering you sow what you reap,
Everyone on our list gets that special something,
A tie, a comb, cuff-links, or a ring,
Yet there's one person we forget all about,
You don't give HIM a gift, can you figure it out,
It is HIS birthday after all,
The LORD Jesus that we profess to Love,
HE is Alpha and Omega, Aleph and Tov,
What gift can you give to Jesus our Savior?,
Perhaps corrections in our behavior,
Showing loving kindness at this time of year,
Sharing and caring without any fear,
Forgiving and loving the ones we have hurt,
The ones we have wounded and treated like dirt,
To love the unloved showing them kindness,
Shows Jesus in you, the gift that's timeless.

What Does It Mean tTo Be Born Again ?

What does it mean to be born again?,
It means to be reborn from within,
It means you' ve been pardoned from all your sin,
Have you ever felt something so wonderful beyond discription,
Have you ever felt a love beyond anything you could mention,
Have you ever felt a peace that passes all your understanding,
And felt this all at once from within expanding,
This is what it is like to be born again,
A newness,freshness from within you'll gain,
For it is a love that goes far beyond all words and thought,
It goes beyond all knowledge you' ve been taught,
It must be experanced from within your heart,
Then you'll truly understand why you'll never want to depart,( From Him).

Why Do YOU hide YOUR Face From Me ?

O LORD, Why do hide YOUR face from me ?,
O LORD, I need to understand and see,
O LORD, have I done somrthing so wrong ?,
My GOD deliver me that I may praise YOU in song,
O precious Yeshua, sweet LORD of my heart,
Will YOU not speak to me on YOUR part,
My LORD, my Saviour, my KING, my All,
Will YOU not rescue me from this fall,
O how my heart rejoices when I think of YOU,
In all that I say, in all that I do,
O Mighty KING, how my knees do bend,
O Mighty Saviour my heart please mend,
O Mighty LORD on YOU I totally depend,
Rejoice O my soul be glad and make merry,
The blossems are in bloom, the figs and the cherry,
Renew my strength, restore my soul,
Revive my life right down to the marrow,
O GOD of my fathers, O LORD of who I am,
In YOU i do hope, in YOU I do stand,
I will not run from such a love as YOURS.
I will not turn away from HIM who restores,
The joy of the LORD will be my true dtrength,
From the higheth, to thedepth, to the width, to the length,
YOUR joy floods mt spirit, YOUR love fills my being,
O ADONAI, YOUR love is so great,
O ADONAI, there is no escape,
O Mighty ADONAI, There is none like unto YOU,
No one can replace my LORD, who remains true,
Blessed be YOUR most Holy name,
Blessed are YOU forever the same.

Cupid, the Flirt

Cupid drew back his bow once more,
And found my heart with his arrow,
You came into view, just past my door,
That threw me over a barrel.
My heat knew you would be the one I would desire,
What words do I say, what steps should I take,
Perhaps with flowers, I could show its you I admire,
My words stumble out of my mouth each sound that it does make.
Should I ask you out for dinner?
Should I buy you chocolates as well?
Of my heart, you are the winner,
Sweeter as a rose to my cent, it your smell.
How can I express the love I feel inside?
You are like no one else I’ve ever known,
How long can I hold back these feeling I hide?
And let this love I fell for you be shown,
I feel so impatient from time to time,
I need things between up to speed up,
Yet I must take things slow and wait for a sign,
That you feel the same way, and your love fills my cup.
O Cupid, why did you do such a thing?
For I feel so vonerible, and hope not to be hurt,
As you fly around with those arrows and wings,
Is love nothing to you but a flirt?

Trust In The LORD

Do you believe in the LORD Jesus?,
Do you believe in HIS power to free us?,
To know GOD our FATHER above,
Is to have in our hearts HIS wonderful love,
Jesus is truly the Way, the Truth, and the Life,
Casting all our care upon HIM free from all strife,
Do you love the LORD with all your heart,
And stay committed to the LORD and never depart,
Trust in all the promises of GOD's Word,
Trust in the Holy Scriptures you have read and heard,
Eternal life Jesus has freely given to you,
Believe O believe what HE has spoken is True,
Do you believe Jesus is your provider?,
Your a believer not an outsider,
The faith GOD gives you can move mountains,
Praying in the SPIRIT from GOD's fountain,
Using faith filled word that will dominate,
Creates results while on the LORD you wait,
Faith filled word will get you results,
GOD looks past all your human faults.

Jesus My Friend

Is the LORD Jesus your friend?
Is HE there for you in life till the end?
Can you see Jesus in your heart?
So that you know HE will never depart,
Jesus, my LORD, my Savior, my all,
YOU are there for me whenever I should fall,
Jesus I love YOU with all that is within me,
I want to show others so they can see,
YOUR not some religion to be flounted about,
YOU are so wonderful of that there is no doubt,
Jesus I am YOURS and YOU are mine,
No matter what I am going through this time,
YOU are the Bright and morning star,
YOU are always there with me whether
I travel on busses on in a car,
I will love you all of my days,
For I commit to YOU all of my ways.

Through Dispare To Rejoicing

Am I alone ? Does GOD hear the prayers I pray ?,
For I wonder in my heart if HE hears anything I say,
So many questions of things I need answers too,
Sometimes I feel so tossed inside,unsettled and blue,
I feel HE does not care about anything I speak,
I feel my prayers go no higher then the celling, when HIM I seek,
I feel, am I doing the right thing, or does HE care at all,
I wonder if I am on the right track or in for another fall,
I cry to the LORD from the depths of my soul,
Can I at least reach up to touch the bottom, from this hole,
In this my darkest hour I scream to HIM from deep within,
No place to go from HIM, no place to hide from within,
Yet all I can do is to trust HIM and turn things over to HIM once more,
I can not leave my soul in the dumps when I feel this sore,
O GOD, my GOD I cry aloud to YOU my LORD,
Reach down in my dispare with YOUR two edged sword,
For my hear remains true as I learn to seek YOUR face,
I have learned my GOD, for YOU have put me in my place,
I will rejoice in my Redeemer and learn to do YOUR will,
I will take joy in mt Deliverer as I climb YOUR Holy hill,
Give me strength, give me live, draw me close,
So I may be assured in whom I value the most,
You know all the questions of my heart, YOU are the answer,
YOU are my answer, LORD GOD Almighty, Sir,
Please grant your servant a kindness, this I will ask,
To see YOU in all YOUR fulness and in YOUR presence, what a task,
O how my heart loves YOU, O spring of Living water,
I am the clay, O Creator, YOU are the potter.

Is Love in the air?
The feeling if sharing and caring?
Is Love in the air?
The warmth of love, the tender passions,
Is Love in the air?
The sweetness of a kiss, the hand in mine,
Is Love in the air?
The need to be with that someone special,
Is Love in the air?
The heated passion of fire within,
Is Love in the air?
Two bodies meet as one,
Is Love in the air?
The loneliness when we’re apart,
Is Love in the air?
My thoughts on what we share on my mind always,
Is Love in the air?
Or am I setting myself up for despair.

A Rose ( How I write Poetry)
Thoughts line up using paper and ink,
What topic should I use now let me think,
Should I write about something in my past,
Or should I think of other things so vast,
Should I write of something that I know,
Or imagine something above or below,
Should I take an idea from a book,
Or something with passion that has a hook,
What vast ideas flow through my mind,
Should I be stern, or should I be kind,
What comes to mind when this pen is in my hand,
Perhaps of the open sea, perhaps on the land,
I want my poem to express what I feel,
My thoughts go round and round like a wheel,
This poem although it's hard to compose,
This poem has left me thinking of a rose.
