Happy Puppy

His nose is short and tiny;
His ears hang rather low;
And he always brings the stick back
No matter how far you throw.

He always wants to be going
Where he isn't supposed to go.
He tracks up the house when it's snowing;
Oh, puppy, I love you so.

Everyday Heroes

Everyday Heroes

Let’s talk about everyday Heroes
Ordinary people like you and I
People who do not always good
But are always willing to try.

People who go on every day
Making a positive contribution to all
people who work hard
Standing proud, straight and tall

Teachers educate our children all
To improve our future world
To read and write, subtract and add.

Soldiers who protect our country.
To save your lives and property
Their bravery always the same.

Love Is Kind

Love is wonderful love is kind.
It puts a smile when love is kind.
It doesn't envy it does not boast.
Love is not proud or self- seeking.
When love is kind. :)

Wind

The wind's way in the deep sky's hollow
None may measure, as none can say
How the heart in her shows the swallow
The wind's way.

Hope nor fear can avail to stay
Waves that whiten on wrecks that stumble,
Times and seasons that wane and slay.

Life and love, till the strong night swallow
Thought and hope and the red last ray,
Swim the waters of years that follow
The wind's way.

Man's Best Friend

The dog and I are safe and sound;
Away from the rain that is pounding down.
Away from the rain that is making loud sounds.
We are cuddled up in long and soft blankets. Dry and comfy away from the rain.
Man's best friend.

Purple Flower

I am a little purple flower
My petals so extremely small
I 've stood in the grass for many an hour
Enjoying a breeze most of all

But, oh, what happened to my peers!
Just yesterday, it moved me to tears
Today, however, I had a reason to smile
A man looked at this little purplish flower
And took a picture of me

Light

Eyes closed and gently singing,

miles of buildings playing.

Musical lights with no one

home.

perched on a rooftop, the wind

running her fingers through

my hair.

a child wild as ever, smirking enduring

for stone elements splattered by their

own brains.

Gotta light it up just to see straight, passed and

through to make way, my scene.

A sort of rough draft being smoothed out, you see.

True Friends

When you are hurting.

When your heart aches.

I won’t leave you in pain.

When your world is clouded over.

And you don’t know who to turn to.

When all you do is cry.

Come let me help you.

When all your troubles and fears

Seem to bring you tears.

And all you need is a shoulder

My shoulder I will lend and dry your tears

When your world is out of control.

And your life no longer a straight line.

And the strength you can not bare.

I will give you hope that it will be fine.

When you just want to share

Your hopes and dreams to be.

Or the guy that moved in next door.

You can trust me.

For I am here for you cause I am your true friend.

Autunm Rain

On windows the raindrops, the raindrops are knocking
So smoothly, constantly, not ever stopping,
The autumn rain falling and tapping on the pane.
Glass weeping is the signs of the rain
On windows the raindrops, the raindrops are knocking.

The Star of Stars

Stars are falling, beaming down.
On the ground, is where I’m found.
On a summer’s night, some stars may fall,
But I am here to catch them all.
Looking at the stars above, I can see some stars of love.
Some are good,
Some are kind.
Some are yours,
And some are mine.
Oh! Stars above please shine your light.
So that I may find my way, tonight.
