is such a strong phrase
Keeps me guessing
leaves me in a daze
puting me a new phase
Making me wonder if I mean it or not
I can't say it
I can't break your heart
I love you
But I'm not in love wit you
not now anyways
Maybe we can progess
into something new
and I can finally someday say "I'm in love wit you"

I’m old enough to be trusted
Smart enough to make my own decisions
Strong enough to love you
Even through all the hate
No one understands me
Wonders why I love you
Why we’re together
Why does it matter to them?
I know why
That’s all that matters
They ask questions
Say it’s not going to last
But they aren’t us
They don’t know anything about us
Yet have everything to say about us
They think they know what I want
What I need
Yet they don’t really
Never even asked me
Just told me
But I need you
That’s all there is to it
No matter how I try to get away
Everywhere I look
Everything I think about
There you are
No one is good enough for me
So they say
If you’re not good enough for me
So what
I don’t want better
I’m not leaving until I’m ready
and I’m not ready yet
And neither are you
We love each other for multiple reasons
Which don’t have to be discussed
Not with them anyway
As long as you love me and I love you
So what?

They Say
"Never look back, look toward the future"
But what if there is no future to look forward to
They Say
"Live everyday like it's your last"
All my memories, be of the past
All those memories should I cast
My bible says
"Look to the hills from which comes your health"
I've been looking so high, my eyes hurt
I've lossed my breath
Trying to find myself
Almost causing my death
They Say
"Friends are forever"
Mine aren't
They're the ones bringing me down
They Say
"Turn the other cheek"
Okay,then what?
Day in and out
They Say
"Laugh, it does the body good"
I'm very understood
My bible says
"He shall never put more on me, than I can bear"
I can't take it
I need help
They Say
"Smiles are contagious"
They hurt
And they take work
Don't need more distress
They Say
"Patience is a virtue"
But the more you wait
the more I get hurt
They Say
"Perservervance and determined to pay for itself"
I'm determined to succeed
But everyone else is stopping me
I'm in need of something, something more
They Say
"Success is how far you bounce when you hit bottom"
What if I don't stop bouncing but never get anywhere?
They Say
"Positive people don't put others down"
They're the main ones
Maybe they're too positive about themselves
They say
"Numbers are infinitive"
Is pain infiniive too
Is anger
Is lies
Is death
Is tears
Is lost love
Everything they say is wrong
They also say
"Everything happens for a reason"
Is pain and heartache supposed to happen
I wish death didn't happen
Wrong!!! Wrong!!!WRONG!!!!!!!!

Why so you think you run me
like a machine
with switches and knobs
with timers and clicks
everything I do
is controlled by you
I love you so much
but i goot move on
because if I don't
my heart will be lone gone

I'm not to play wit
And if you don't stop now

Leave me alone
Get away from me
Get out of my space

My mother's gift of life
started me on my way
My father's gift of love
(although sometimes painful)
taught me to be strong
My grandmother's gift of song
still rings in my head
My teacher's gift of knoledge
that help me to succeed
My pastor's gift of religion
that lights my path
My aunt's gift of self-reliance and confidance
that taught me be independent(and keeps the boys on their toes)
My uncle's gift of strength
That never lets me fall
My friend's gift on companionship
That always true and always there
But God's gifts.........
hope,faith,joy,happiness,love,and deliverance....EVERLASTING LIFE

time to know
time to show
time to do what's right
time to time to stop the fights
time to love

time to be happy
time to feel great
time to live my life
