Thank You Mother-I Love You

Nine months of suffering and pain
In your womb you carried me without any complain
I was nurtured inside of you until due date
Giving birth to me brought your life happiness and gay

Hush little baby every night
You are hurt when you hear my little cry
The way you cradle me as I suckle and lie
Is just so special as it calms me down and to dreamland I fly

As I reached toddler stage it was never easy for you
Everything I scattered and on my clothes I pooped
I didn't know you could act so cool
In cleaning my messes because I was such a little fool
OH !mother dearest "I LOVE YOU"

Watching me grow up is what you are so fond of
By and by as years roll
I am a young woman now struggling for my tomorrow
Your humble footsteps mom, I will follow

I am so sorry for all the headaches and messes
I know you'll forgive me because your love never lessen
I'll work so hard to achieve my goals and pay my debts
May you live longer and be blessed abundantly by our father in heaven !

A Daughter's Plea

The ego in you makes you an ignorant person you don't wanna be
I beg you dad, please listen to me
My opinions may give you some sense
That I am your daughter and your bestfriend

Sometimes I feel so jealous about my dear friends
As they are so close to their fathers like needle and threads
Please give us a chance to be like them
Because God sent you to guide me through in this strange land

I may get in to your nerves sometimes
But that is part of everyday life
There is always a bright light on the other side
You taught me that and I will always bear that in mind

Please don't swear at me for every little matters
Harsh words from you- I am always shattered
Your vulgarity makes me scared
Pleeeeaaaase ! dad I don't wanna walk away from you forever !

What a Wonderful World

Sun shining gloriously
Birds singing merrily
River flowing endlessly
Waves of the ocean roar carelessly
The wind rubs on my face motionlessly
Oh ! wow! the earth was made gorgeously

As trees sway with their unique rythm
Birds perch on them branches and
    on them monkeys sling
On the forest floor lie unwanted twigs
Living beings step on them and produce a click

Pouring of the rain I am so blessed
Plants are naturally watered
 and rivers overflow
It brings happiness to all sentient beings
Oh yeah! that includes me as a human being

I Love You

I LOVE YOU

In the moon's soft glow, we dance through the night
Whispers of love, tender and bright
Our souls entwined, a cosmic delight
In each other's arms, we take flight

Bound by a love so pure and true
In this world of chaos, I find solace in you
Your laughter, a melody, like morning dew
In your presence, my spirit finds renewal

Forever in my heart, you will stay
Through life's trials and come what may
You are my light in the darkest of days
With you, my love, my soul will always sway.

Hair

HAIR

In the tangle of curls, a story unfolds
Each strand, a tale waiting to be told
A canvas of self-expression, bold and free
Hair, the crown that shapes identity

From frizz to curl, from short to long
In the symphony of styles, we all belong
A mane of power, of beauty, of grace
A reflection of our inner space

So let your hair dance in the wind
Let its wildness be your kin
For in the strands that fall and rise
Lies the truth behind our eyes

Break Up

Why the hell did it happen?
Knowing you was never regretted
We share a lot of great memories together
Looking back- I thought we were forever
But thank God everything happens for the better

Tired, Confused, Healing

CONFUSED & HEALED

In the stillness of the night I weep
My heart aching, sorrows heap
The stars above refuse to speak
As I drift on waves of feelings bleak

Memories dance like shadows in the dark
Each one a burning, painful mark
Whispers of forgotten dreams ignite
In the chambers of my restless mind's plight

Yet through the stormy tempest's roar
I find a glimmer, a light to explore
A flame within refusing to dim
A spark of hope, a chance to swim

So I rise, a phoenix from the ashes
Embracing scars and past clashes
For in this chaos, a truth unfolds
Strength is born when the soul beholds

Corona Virus

HEY YOU DEADLY VIRUS! What have you done to the world?
You came in like a hungry wolf
We are shattered because of you
You made our governments create new rules
People are locked inside their houses with weary looks
Wondering what to eat and planning on their next moves

Thousands and even millions have died
Others are lucky to have survived
People are fearing for their own lives
The worst is yet to come is what they imply
Our money banks have become dry
COVID, our lost has become your PRIDE

Getting isolated is becoming the new norm
Curfews has made us feel bored
Overseas visitors are locked/quarantined like scary dogs
School students and church goers are banned and become lost
Social gatherings are no more, including sports
Hardworking employees have lost their hard earned jobs

Walking around the almost empty town like a zombie
Wondering what has happened to everybody
Faces covered with masks and different coloured clothings
Gloves are being worn- Police with hailers giving warnings
Maintain two meters apart from everyone
Coz you might get infected by Dearest Mr. COVID

Thank you dear COVID for teaching us a lesson
Life has to move on; no matter what happens
This trying times has made us stronger
We've learned to live with whatever life has to offer
Bonds in our JERUSALEMS are strengthened
Planting of so long barren lands have become our passion

Zombie Town

In the shadows of a broken town
Faces marred by sorrow's frown
The streets whisper tales untold
Of lives wrapped in misery's cold

The boy with bottle in hand
Innocence lost in a wasteland
The girl, lost in her own despair
A silent plea for someone to care

Men peddling nature's remedy
To numb the pain of reality
An unforgiving cycle of vice
Drowning in a paradise of lies

A voice pierces through the night
A fleeting moment of fright
Beauty tainted by fear's cruel dance
In a world bereft of chance

In the dark alleys of the unknown
Echoes of shattered dreams are sown
Yet hope lingers in the air
A fragile light beyond despair.

One Man's Trash Is Another One's Treasure

ONE MAN'S TRASH IS ANOTHER MAN'S TREASURE

In the hustle and bustle of daily life,
We often overlook the struggles and strife.
To some, it's just trash, no value seen,
But to others, it's a lifeline, a dream.

A penny here, a dollar there,
To those in need, it's more than fair.
A hankie, a sack, a torn blanket so dear,
To those who have nothing, it's all they hold near.

The cold, the hunger, the longing for more,
To those on the streets, it's an everyday chore.
So before you discard, before you dispose,
Remember, one man's trash is another one's treasure, it truly shows.
