Real Dream

Are you real
Or just a dream?

Can I touch you
With my hands?

Feel your body
Solid beneath?

A curious visitor
In new lands?

Is this the world
Or just a dream?

Are you real
Or a fantasy?

A thought
A fact?

In my mind... waiting
for you in time.

Wounds

Apprehensive
Heart in throat
Step forward
Steps back

Nothing left unhurt
All is raw
Connection betrayed
Love lost

Talk is safe
Touch is not
Tipping tipping
Over the edge

Can't breathe
Felt this before
Amazing
Terrifying

Not a gambler
Lost too much before
Long time recovery
Locked door

Can you...will you
Take a chance?
On me... on you
On a potential us?
