Space
The final frontier
The final destination
Empty and alone
It stretches on
Why do we seek it
Why do we care
Perhaps, it's the human condition
To help what we can not
To go where we haven't
To see more then we ever have
To share the unshareable
Perhaps if we reach out to that empty expanse
We can pull it in
We can fill it with love
We can fill it with humanity
Maybe that is our purpose
Maybe that is our longing
Maybe that is our destiny
