Pandiculation -- Tumbling Verse

We all do this, but aren't aware that we do
When very tired, we do yawn in fatigue too
We do stretch our arms and neck, to ease them through.
When it happens, as we wake up from bed to
start a day; as we stretch our muscles might go
rigid some time, it's uncomfortable too.
Is it not nice, being sleepy but pass through
stretching and yawning at same time; when we do
this, should we not know, this action what we do
call- it's 'pandiculation', Yes, it's true.
