La Frontera

La Frontera

Nacida en la frontera
Y criada aquí también
Yo se que no hay manera
De relatar mi vida entera

Pero, espero que con esta
Ustedes cuenta se darán,
Que la vida en la frontera
No la pueden separar

La frontera cría
Una sociedad unida
Una sociedad única
Llena de bondad

En la frontera, el hombre
Necesita trabajar
Para cuidar a la familia
Los campos y guiar

Las maquilas poseen
El sudor de la mujer
Y la recompensa es nada
Más que hacerla envejecer

La frontera consiste
De familias hambrientas
Familias sedientas
Pero más, hay familias contentas
